I tried this place only because I was walking past it. At first, I thought it would just be another regular pizza shop just like all the rest that exist around NYC, but I'm so glad I took the chance and stopped in. I was seriously impressed at how good the pizza here is. It's also worth mentioning that they even have gluten free pizza available so if your one of those people who just do it because you have "adopted a life style" or the legitimate individuals who can't process gluten because your body hates you my condolences, rejoice! You can have your pizza with your friends and family. Also they have some really damn good specials and prices which can include an alcoholic drink for a small surcharge. Overall, I had a good time and came back for a second visit the next day because of how good everything was. The is Kick-Ass and you should really get that.
Concept is great. Also nice that they offer gluten-free pizza for celiacs, which is why my girlfriend and I went there in first place. She got a separately baked pizza to eliminate cross contamination with delicious toppings and a crispy thin crust. For my taste the pizza was decent and pretty thin.
Incredible toppings, the fresh cubed is a must-try! I typically dislike thin crust pizza, especially gluten free thin crust pizza because it has a bland, hard texture with little chewiness. But this place is amazing, and their gluten free pies never cease to be anything less than delicious, tasty, and yes, crispy.
the owner is gluten free since 12 years so they know what they are talking about. I entered the restaurant and they asked me right away if someone is gluten free, never been asked that before so I was very impressed. I wish I could work at this place ha! In addition to that they have plenty board games available. Pizza is amazing as well.
Regular pizza isn’t much to write home about but their Gluten free pizza was one of the best gluten free pizzas we have had! For those with celiac disease it’s fun to have pizza that’s delicious! Thanks team!
I love the eggplant pizza pie. The cookies are delicious. The wifi is great.
Great place! The owner is friendly too and makes sure you're taken care of. Gluten free pizza is sold by the whole pie and non-gluten free pizza which is delicious! can be bought as a combo or by the pound. It can get a little pricey if you do by the pound but it's worth it. LOVE the gluten free brownie, you can't even tell the difference. The furniture can use a little upgrade but it's a cozy place overall and has board games for entertainment. Good for a hangout!
Randomly came across the restaurant and absolutely fell in love. Its vegan, gluten free, has beer, wine, and cider. And even so, has gluten free versions to choose from. And the pizza pricing is amazing, it's based on weight and it's a fair price. Not to mention, the atmosphere is super laid back, they have jenga and other games to play. The staff was super dope AND they recycle
My husband and I had an excellent lunch here. We split a gluten-free pizza and a gluten-free brownie... they were delicious!! The staff was nice, the owner came out to speak with us about their gluten-free items, and the atmosphere was quaint. Would definitely recommend.
I came here with a co-worker during happy hour. They have great happy hour. It's $3 for drinks. They have a mini bottle of wine that holds about two glasses and they charge $6. I'm on a budget so they do a slice by the pound. I got a decent size white pizza including the mini bottle of wine my pizza and a cookie spent $10. You you can't go wrong. And to top it off they had games for you to pick up and play at your table with friends I definitely will be returning. I gave it a four because I feel like the space is a little dark like they need to add lighting to make it more inviting in the back and just kind of updated a little bit. maybe you like that rustic charm of it otherwise still pretty great definitely will be returning
