Wonderful selection of home furnishings and decor. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can get some really good bargains on their clearance items, which they do quite often.
The two women loading my purchase could not have been less caring, no thank you I'm have a nice day, seriously need to find a job that has nothing to do with customer service. I called the manager and she said so.etimes it gets busy and I said there is no such thing as too busy to say thank you, no excuses just rude employees.
I shop at Pier 1 in Billings all the time over 10 years. I just want to say that last night I was putting together a Christmas arrangement and had the help of Katie. She gave me the best service I have ever received in that store and her ideas were fantastic. Thank you Katie!.

Another Pier 1, with the same junk you find everywhere else. Aside from being nothing special, the sparse staffing and number of bare shelves led myself and 2 other customers to stop and ask each other whether the location was closing.
Great Store and location. Staff is very helpful. Lots of worldly selection. Due to traffic constraints there is only one entrance and exit off of Rosebud Drive.
