The store is beautiful, I came to return a rug for a 3rd party and it was a little difficult just cause of the situation but Annie was as helpful and professional as it can be, she went beyond anyone. That tells a lot about the store. Thank you so much for your help. I will recommend the store. You most visit. They have so many nice things for the house. Perfect products. First time in the store. Very impressive. Thank you again for the help. You guys are the best.
Products are generally of good quality but the high-end prices even for items on sale can be quite a turn off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The place is neat and well-organized overall.
I ENJOY Pier 1 bc ONE cannot leave the store WITHOUT purchasing something! I'm hooked on the fragrance oils! I'm giving them 4 X-MAS GIFTS THIS YR! YEP! one STOP shopping! My favorite is Ginger Peach, Lovely smell!
Pier 1 furniture "white glove" delivery fee is robbery. $160 to have them come in and screw on the legs of my table and remove the cardboard box. I was told by the manager that removing the packaging is the premium service I paid for....furniture delivery people always remove the packaging. I have to return the table by myself because Pier 1 doesn't provide that service...was told basically too bad because I signed off on the table!
Manager cancelled my online pick up order without consulting with me even though item was already paid for and I had had to wait several weeks for it be available. The store staff was very, very sweet in resolving the issue.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Store was well organized and had lots of selections. Happy with my purchase.
Pier 1 always has everything you need. From Christmas decorations to lamps to pillows or candles, Pier 1 has you covered at a fairly competitive price. This multi-level Pier1 is so easy to get lost in and soon you'll wind up checking out with a new floor statue, Christmas plates and a new rug along with small kitchen knick-knacks, a new candle flavor [or five] and most likely some Sniffs. Great gift place.
Store has 2 floors. Sign up for their email list for special deals. Great place for holiday decorations.
A good starter place for furnishing your first apartment. Also: historical fact: Nathan Hale, America's first patriot was hung by the British Colonialists on the is spot.
Really disappointed walk right into Christmas decorations in the middle of October headed down to clearance where I usually do well it was filled with boring throw pillows but mostly oddball furniture pieces possibly floor samples funniest thing was the sign 'lin e begins here' next to register in a totally empty area including any sales help
