My fiancée and I had a great experience choosing and designing my engagement ring at Pierce Jewelers. They were very knowledgeable, personable, and my fiancée really enjoyed the conversations he had with them throughout the process. In fact, we are planning to get our wedding bands from them as well and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

They did a really beautiful job repairing my engagement ring and wedding band that I have not taken off for 21 years. It looks like a brand new diamond ring and setting. Really pleased with the care and dedication to quality at a reasonable price.

Exceptional craftsmanship, artistry and service! We couldn’t be happier with how my husband’s wedding band turned out. After looking at many rings online, we were intrigued by the idea of inscribed, glow in the dark rings, a la Lord of the Rings. Our favorite design was an inexpensive plated gold ring from Etsy that had a Sanskrit meditation chant inscribed all around. So I used Google Translate to translate the phrase I wanted into Sanskrit script, a nice homage to our shared South Asian heritage. I asked around to see if anyone including the creator of the Etsy ring could create the ring with a custom phrase and long-lasting materials, but the original creator didn't work in gold and many of the big jewelry stores just said "no," their “custom” ring selection was very cookie-cutter and limited. I was lucky to find Pierce Jewelers, from the moment I walked in, John was kind and warm, and his passion for his craft was evident. When I showed him the meditation ring, he said he hadn’t made anything like that before, but was eager to try. He said Chuck, the watch expert at Pierce, might know something about glow in the dark materials, and within a short conversation they figured out an approach to inlay glow-in-the-dark material into white gold. The estimate he gave was very reasonable. From there they began the design process, from John sketching the ring to sending it for a 3D rendition and making a wax 3D print to try on for size. I first showed the ring design to my husband at the 3D rendition phase, and he loved it. Once the actual ring was finished, it was even more beautiful. I was impressed with how passionate John and the team at Pierce were about getting the ring just right, down to the detail of what shade of blue the ring should glow. Thanks, we will treasure the ring forever!

What a wonderful family-owned business, who completely understands integrity with customer service. From the moment you enter the store, it is obvious that the quality of the inventory is only exceeded by the kindness of the owners. I had a vintage Rolex in serious need of attention; because of its aftermarket bezel, nobody would even touch it. I can't tell you how many local jewelers were so unkind. When I spoke to the owner over the phone about my plight, he immediately welcomed me to come in for an assessment. He provided me with a quote, and took a modest deposit for the proposed rebuilding of my precious watch. I was provided timely updates, and reasonable expectations for time to repair the Rolex. Was it worth it???? You bet it was! OMG, the watch I dropped off was in serious need of attention, but what I received back is absolutely stunning! They far exceeded my expectation, and I am more than pleased with my watch. It runs perfectly, looks beautiful, and will remain one of my favorite daily pieces. I came to Pierce Jewlers with my fiancé to pick out our engagement ring. She had a specific idea of what she wanted despite not knowing much about rings. John walked us though all the options letting us make our own decisions along the way, and the final product was totally stunning and exactly what she wanted. Finally the cost of everything was very reasonable for the product delivered, and there were many payment options which let me not stress with my finances. 10/10 will recommend.

I have had a couple bracelets over the years that have needed the clasps adjusted and both times they have fixed them without hassle. Their customer service is outstanding and I look forward to working with them in the future on bigger purchases

He takes the time to understand the customers needs while also aiming to keep them on budget. I recently went in for the first time with an idea for a custom engagement ring, their execution was flawless and exactly what I had imagined. 5/5, will be going back here for the wedding bands and recommending to friends.

I worked with Valerie, John, and Chuck. They all were very kind and accommodating. I was not sure what wedding band I wanted and John looked at all the options with me even looked at customizing it. He was very attentive to my budget and what I was looking for. I finally found the perfect ring in the budget and love it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great people to work with! My fiance, now wife, went in to check out what the had for wedding bands. Valerie worked with us and helped us find the rings we really wanted. The people at Pierce Jewelers are just the best. My first time walking in I spoke with a friendly man named Chuck, who turned out to be the co-owner. I'm not a high roller and only needed to find a simple solitaire band to set my diamond in, but they treated me with respect and took great care of me. I ended up having a one-on-one session with John who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and find the perfect gold ring. I was on a time crunch and needed the ring to be finished a day ahead of schedule and they were able to accommodate! I was nervous as to whether it would be done, and every time I emailed John to check on it, he was quick to respond and reassured me they would do everything they could to make it happen. I couldn't recommend Pierce Jewelers enough! My fiancé LOVES her ring and we couldn't be more pleased. Support this local business. You won't regret it.
