Piezanos Pizza

Pizza arrived cold and looked like it sat in a warmer for a long time. When I contacted the Manager he advised me that once it left his store it wasn't his responsibility. It cost me $47,45 for a cold hard pizza. So sad there is no customer service anymore.Food: 1/5

Twice I ordered a vegan delight at piezoni's they give selection to make ,and don't get right I think when you're a regular customer ,and you get the same thing every time it should be noted when I called to complain the person said they didn't want to throw it away that ,but sent a smaller pizza to make up the difference which was not the same the size&topping I order is what I expect nothing different u shouldn't have to eat someone's mistakes, but they gladly ask for a tip for their mistakes smh Vegetarian options: Ok but expensive.

I have left 2 messages and spoke to the Assistant Manager Thursday 1/12/23 to speak with the owner. I have been buying pizza exclusively from your location for a year now. However the man whom I believe is the owner is not making pizzas there the quantity has gone downhill and there is hardly any topping on the pizzas. Including very little sauce. I bought a pizza Tuesday evening that happens to be the worse pizza I have ever had. I was to have sausage, green pepper, onion and extra cheese. The toppings were very little and it most definitely did not have extra cheese. I have actually kept a few pieces to prove this. I am not sure who the lady is that has been making these but I believe may be Hispanic. She seems to be the one who is always on duty when I call. I have asked for a refund on my pizza from Tuesday however the owner has not returned any of my calls and I was told he is the one that would have to refund this. Unless there are a changes made I will also be finding a new pizza location. I chose you because they were made just like the ones I use to order from pizza locations In Indy. I just moved to Plainfield a little more than a year ago. I am hoping this will bring some attention to maybe the decline of customers. I also hope to get a response to this. Used to be really good pizza and service. Past few times, the order took twice as long as told when ordering. 45 minutes turned into 1.5 hours. Driver doesn't carry a hot bag, pizza was room temperature this past time. Come on guys... If you don't care about quality or customer service anymore, it might be time to hang it up or hire some people who can deliver what should be delivered and on a timely manner.

The pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza has been hot and fresh every time. They have great customer service, the place is clean and they are friendly.

I loved it i had a large pizza with bacon and pepperoni and it was really good. We ordered delivery it came within aboit 30 to 45 minutes. I have no complaints. Gave driver a 5 dollar tip for getting my order right and here quickly. Enjoy

Best pizza in the Indianapolis area. Service is top-notch and the restaurant is always in great shape clean. It's our choice for dinner every other Tuesday for poker with the guys. Going on three months strong.
