It's a church, so what's not to be liked? They have a food pantry, community yard sale ie.clothing, footwear, sometimes furniture. Also, it is a meeting place for AA/NA meetings. They also used to provide a shelter for mennot sure if they continue with that anymore Essentially really beneficial to this community
My church ministry helped to prepare and serve lunch to the hungry at this church and it was wonderful. I love their setup. It made it very easy to prep and cook food in Their kitchen.
I have not been there since February of 2018. The man who runs the Saturday lunch accused me of stealing which never happened so I will not set foot in that church ever again.
I love how much the chruch does for others they are always helping people in their community
Beautiful, can get free food, buy furniture, free lunch on Saturday s 12pm, can rent a spot to sell your stuff you don't want. Can go and pray
This is truly a church for the person that may feel like they don't belong. A very non judgmental environment. I recently returned home to California after living in Boston for some time and Pilgrim Church is hands down what I miss most about Boston. Go check it out!! Reverend John will make you feel at home.
Will never go there again! The man running the Saturday Lunch accused me of stealing the last time I was there.I took nothing and am not going to admit to something I didn't do.
They take care of you but the flea market there is shameful!!
The man in charge if putting out the food donations on Friday's is rude and unfair. If you need food and can put up with his nasty attitude then you should just ignore him and his comments and carry on!
Seized prescribed medication from me. If I didn't give it to them I would have been forced out into the rain. There was no secure place to put it-they stuck it in a refrigerator. I don't know if I'll even get it back. Will update if I do or don't.
