Piller Child has been so helpful to our family. Miss Maria is incredible and we are so grateful to have her support our son. Our son has made such progress being with Pilar consistently. We also enjoy Miss. Lisette and food therapy. Our son has eaten new foods with her support. Thank you

Fernanda Palafox has been excellent help getting my son scheduled for his speech appointments. Update: since this day I haven’t been able get my son an appointment because they keep canceling his appointments because “no therapist are available at 4:00pm” Very disappointed but lucky I was able to teach myself how to help my son with his speech. Most of Pillar Child office are over booked and understaffed. Takes months to see someone & still you may not even get with a therapist because most of them don’t work after 3pm. If they did my son would have a therapist.

My grandson went here for about a year . We moved and he has had 2 other evaluations and receives OT at another facility. i have to say Piller gave the absolute BEST and most thorough evaluation of any. Also they had the best Occupational Therapy I he has had yet. I highly recommend PILLER.

We can never get a hold of anybody when calling. They have my card and my husband’s card on file and charge both cards, we are trying to get an answer, left messages for 2 weeks now but no callback done.

We were charged a large amount without being informed of anything due, despite signing on our paperwork that I was to be informed BEFORE the card on file was ran. We were given no receipt and found out after checking our bank statement later that the money was taken out. I was under the impression that the screenings were free, but apparently not. They also refuse to fix their mistakes and only offered "office training" as an apology. The therapists may be fantastic, but billing and office staff has been terrible. I highly suggest getting every bit of communication in writing, because they don't stick to their word. Then again, I signed their paperwork saying not to charge without informing us, and they did it anyway, so maybe it doesn't matter if you do have all communication in writing or not.

I have been bringing one of my kids here for almost a year now. The benefits have been super noticable. Everyone I have dealt with here has been super helpful, and Rachel has been a huge help to my child. I would definitely recommend Piller Child Development to any one.

Pillar Child Development have been very helpful with my son. He is given the time and attention needed for therapy and I am very happy with the results. I am so glad I was referred to this location by the pediatrician.

This place is staffed by a bunch of teenagers fresh out of college that don't care about anyone but themselves. When I confronted "management" about an issue I had about employees talking about a personal concern I had about an ex employee they told me they couldn't do anything - basically I had no proof. I told Jessica Garcia all my concerns so don't talk to her about anything. DON'T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE, the staff is rude and unprofessional!!! Also they have no polices about unethical behaviors so their therapists get away with anything. Magically information just leaks out of this place but they take no responsibility! Oh and they don't know how to keep records so make sure you keep all your receipts. They came back countless times trying to get me to pay for a day I either cancelled or already paid for.

I have being taking my son for 6 months now at both places! I have noticed both places so dirty... I asked if they had someone that comes and cleans the facilities and specially all the toys and mats they have for the kids and they say yes but it doesn’t really show that they do have someone that cleans or neither the staff looks like they clean! I really like my son’s teraphist but I’m afraid of him getting sick from the place and stuff being dirty all the time ugh!

I have two children that attend here. Everyone has always been super nice, patient and very supportive to my children’s needs. We’ve achieved a lot of progress together.
