Pilot Travel Center

No flag. Small showers. Not stool in the shower. Low on stock. Too many reserved parking spots. I came for the fuel prices . Not good food menu.

The staff and building were fine. I scored this lower on account of the poor engineering of the parking lot in relation to the road. Trucks get backed up so badly that they and other traffic can neither leave nor enter. It was incredibly frustrating. I would avoid returning here for that reason alone. Flow of traffic was very restrictive. Regular vehicles can only enter/exit from one direction, which makes it inconvenient for getting to the freeway. Poor, poor design.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any truck stop across the entire US in 17 yrs of driving by far! I will never return to this location and I will stand by that for the rest of my driving career. Way too much ignorance and blatant disrespect to put into one paragraph. The porter on first shift today cleaning the showers should not only be fired immediately but I should probably press charges. Draw ur own conclusions.

This is a great place to go for truckers and for other vehicles! If you have a Pilot/Flying J rewards card then that's a bonus too. We stopped in today to get fuel and a bite to eat at McDonald's inside. Of course their following the CDC guidelines right now so you can't sit down in McDonald's and you can't use the same cup for refills. I like to shop here also..they have crystal figurines, Bible/book covers, shirts and vests, toys, travel cups, sunglasses, GPS and blue tooth head sets.. etc and etc. We weren't that hungry so we just got something from the 2 for $2.00 menu, then went to pay for our fuel. The cashier working was so nice and helpful. The center looks real clean, restrooms and showers are clean. Right now they have big totes near the front entrance with toys and such that are 50% off. $1.49 for unleaded right now also!

Heavily overpriced items. Loaf of bread shouldn’t be $4 when I can buy it at the store for .99. I bought a bag of dotts pretzels for $3 again overpriced and when I started to eat them I noticed they were stale. I checked the date and they expired over 5 months ago!!! Completely inexcusable. I spent $9 and all I essentially got was a loaf of bread.

My hands were too full to carry my drinks so I put them into my purse n had all attentions on paying for them this worker there he was a man but chose to be a women so a they person I should say came after me n embarrassed me n had me unload my purse like I was stealing they was a complete jerk n I’ll never use this pilot again so if u want kind workers n not a holes like him Noahuse another truck stop. I spend thousands a month here but I just may take that 100k yearly elsewhere. N aushauna totally rude was talking trash n wouldn’t even handle the drinks I wanted to pay for

If u put 1000 dollars Diesel in your truck small one coffe in no matter lady charge for coffe and manger right behind The way he talk he not happy for his job he said I charge evryone I work my self pilot 4 years

Came in here for a clean shower. Left. Feeling like I need a allergy shot. Y'all should hand out some complimentary Benadryl if you're not going to clean your air filters. Shower number four.

Not very clean people bumming money in the parking is reason why there's plenty of parking
