Poor customer service. People from my street block my barrels or park to close to them. The recycling person throws tickets on our barrels. Instead of getting out of the truck to manually take the barrels. If the trash truck person gets out. Why can't the recycling person?

Just an old veteran here...these folks no  nothing about customer service.  I presume when you think you have the market cornered no one  has a choice.  You are wrong.  Good luck, you will need it...

Luckily these guys have a town contract.  They are extremely arrogant. "You didn't have your can out!"  They were more interested in proving me wrong.

We have had a few issues, but their customer service are working them out, and they seem to be a fair and reputable company.
