Never rent anything from this place!!' They are disorganized and have horrible customer service. Cheaper in prices, but u pay the price with the lack of professionalism. I placed an order for delivery, confirmed it with Hilario and it never came. When I called back to see what was the issue, turned out they didn't remember and price quoted to me had been increased so they decided to cancel the order. Not sure what type of establishment is this but they need better business guidelines. Disgraceful experience. Never again!

The worst!! I paid $140 for 30 chairs and instead got 24 then when I called to have the rest of the chairs sent no one showed up! The next day when it was time for the chair pick up it took them an hr to show up back and forth calls plus the driver couldn't speak English! Word of advice do not deal with the bootleg company

An unorganized disaster. I needed some BASICS for a party--plastic champagne glasses, decorative toothpicks. But had to wait while the owner? Rifed through piles of dusty merchandize on the floor looking for them because nothing has a logical location. He told me to go to the grocery store for the toothpicks. (Really? Thanks, guy.) And he made sure to tell me I would have to buy the whole pack before he kept looking for the champagne flutes. "It's 25, that's ok??" Glasses or dollars? Nevermind... He disappeared into the loft, I had to wait, constantly having to move out of people's way because there is absolutely nowhere to stand. Of course he came back empty handed. I had to leave, i was annoyed and i felt like a film was starting to descend upon me. Eff this place!

Besides it being a bit messy. You're guaranteed to find your need for any party and the best part about it was that everything was so cheap!
