Pine Ridge Alternative Center

My son has to attend this school because he mad a big mistake, so I didn’t expect it to be a walk in the park espeywith the type of school it is. However since attending this school my son has been picked on and put down by faculty and students, it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The assistant principal Ms.Pasture is unaware of what goes on in the school she has called me with incorrect information on incidents that have occurred with my son. She seems to always be unaware of any issues going on in the school. There are two ladies in the office when ladies very pleasant and the other ladies very nasty. The principal was going to my son’s classroom and pointed him out called him out in front of other students that she has something a “special for him“. After one of the many incidents the school security advised me of an altercation that involved my son one where he was attached and security told me he is allowed back given the circumstances and again I receive a phone call from Ms. Pasture this time telling me he will be suspended, after I spoke with other faculty member who advised me he wouldn’t be suspended given the circumstances. She seems to continually target him. At this point I’m scared for him. I love the idea of what this school is supposed to be doing but I really wish they could be looked further into and implement policy’s that will help the staff fun the facility effectively. Ms. Jones is the polite and knowledgeable she works in the front however the woman who sits across from her is rude impolite and inappropriate.

Principal Hope is a SUPER person, compassionate and a professional who LOVE her students and community. She cares for her staff and parents, they are her team!
