Over the past 10 years he has successfully litigated or settled over 70 EEO and labor arbitrations. Mr. Pines has the passion and expertise to represent disabled federal employees in pursuing violations of the Rehabilitation Act (ADA) and collective bargaining agreements.
Additionally, he specializes in Financial and Estate Planning for federal employees. He has held the Chartered Federal Employee Benefit Consultant designation. He also holds securities and insurance licenses. He regularly presents federal retirement and estate planning seminars for agencies such as: OPM, DOD (Army), GSA and SSA.
