I will not be back at this place again. Have to wear Mask and charged $15 dollars due to Covid. Please give me a break. Also only at 1/2 capacity r u kidding me. Open it up all the way for.these kids.

Great Ice Skating Place, probably best I've been to in Charlotte. Very Enjoyable and Fun for Family and Friends.
Really fun place to ice skate. Struggling to enforce social distancing, though, especially during resurfacing, when everyone has to come off the ice. Good news is they do strictly enforce mask wearing and check everyone's temperature on the way in
Really nice ice rink. Friendly polite staff, tons of parking, easy to get to and clean feeling. Small place to grab food inside, and tons of seating on upper and lower deck. Certainly much nicer than other skate locations in the Charlotte areas. Highly recommend.
I really loved it. I first came here for my friends bday but I have came back several times and loved each time. Lots of fun.
Manager was incredibly rude to me younger staff was polite and understanding after calling them out on not following/enforcing the COVID guidelines/precautions posted on their website. Won’t be coming back after supporting this place for years. Extremely disappointing.
Great atmosphere. The other skaters were very helpful during my daughter's first time. Highly recommended!!!!
My daughter just started and is really excited about the classes. Since she has started we were there every Friday and Saturday for Public skating, too. The classes are very well organized and the instructors are very helpful.
Very very cold inside but all worth it when you see all this boys including my grandsonpracticing his favorite sport,,hockey, good food, friendly staff,,,,but for me been Floridian is a bit too cold. Have a Blessed Day.
