Delicious and Sara employee was attentive and very nice to us.

First time at this yogurt joint. Not a yogurt conossiour so hard to give and useful review with the exception is a clean spacious place. The strawberry pop is something I never try before but I like it. Did i say the toppings are free?

I really enjoy their yogurt. I have been to many of them all over the country and they are still one of the best.

3 stars mainly for the service. The staff look like they hate their life- no smile upon arrival, seems like a task to get a taste tester, and the portions they put into your yogurt at at BARE MINIMUM like 3 pieces of kiwi and cheesecake bites. I routinely come to this Pinkberry, hoping each time my experience will be different before they decided to close down a lot of them, however every single time each employee is always too busy or annoyed with customers. The yogurt is good, however for being as $$ as they are, generous portions would be appreciated the picture below is after me haggling with the employee and pushing them to put more toppings onto my yogurt.

Years ago it was our favorite place. Yesterday we went there and the staff was beyond rude. Did not even greet. I asked what type of flavors they had and she said you cab read from the wall. What if I could not read well. Not coming back unless they start treating people ok.

Great smoothies, swirls and frozen yogurt available. Slightly pricy.. tastes the best.

Very busy mall location. Yogurt was good. Friendly staff.

Place closes early, so we couldn’t actually try it. Hard to say it’s quality when the hours aren’t respected. Guess we’ll go to another place in the Galleria - very disappointing and we likely won’t be back.

Purchased the strawberry smoothie for the first time and it was terrible! It wasn’t even a smoothie but more liquid drink milkshake perhaps. The smoothie was expensive as it was priced for $8 after taxes for large for practically water with sweeteners. I’m better off going to smoothie king.
