Pinnacle Medical Solutions

I have recently signed on with Pinnacle Medical Solutions as the provider for my Omnipod devices. The customer service has been outstanding so far, from sending me reminders to assisting me with the prescription and other related paperwork. Allison has been terrific!

Left another medical supply company due to every time an order was placed for my wife it was a guessing game when it would arrive. Even with holidays during the week they were able to get supplies to her within a week.

Rep's are very friendly and helpful. They always call me before I run out of supplies. I receive my order within 2-3 days. Much better than my last supplier.

This company is wonderful. They are easy to work with and I've never waited to speak to someone. They have been a blessing to my medical needs!
