Pinnacle Pavers & Yard Design

I waited to write my review. I like to wait as problems and solutions unfold over time. After receiving 2 additional estimates I chose Pinnacle Pavers. 6,000 square feet of concrete had to be removed, before they could begin installing the pavers. The job began on July 2, 2016 and took about 2 weeks. Today is March 31, 2017 as I write this review. The job began and the work was done in a neat and timely fashion. Shortly there after a puddling problem began in one spot where the pitch needed to be corrected. I called Warren, the owner, and he appeared with a crew of 8 workers and ripped up over 200 pavers to correct the problem. Pinnacle stood by their Warrantee and they fixed the problem. For a deal to be good it needs to be good for both parties. I paid Warren upon completion of the original job and he in turn Warranted the work fixed my issues as promised. Can`t ask for anything more! I recommend Pinnacle Pavers!

We made an appointment online for some paver work and they showed up on time. They returned their proposal with a drawing within a day. Very professional.

Excellent service. 1. Reasonable price, no hidden costs. For my 200 sq. ft patio had 3 quotes from different businesses, all within $100. 2. Timely service, keep promises - owner said the job will be done on Monday, it was done on Monday 3. Good quality work - even my wife couldn't find anything to complain about. 4. No collateral damage to lawn and plants 5. Cleaned up nicely when they were done with the job 6. Last, but not least - very friendly staff

High Priced & Aggravating. The Father/Son owner came and put on a really good sales pitch that they would be the best. They did not want to talk pricing face to face, which made no sense. A week later, the PDF file was emailed over with no breakdown in costs, just one line "Total Price XX.XX - MUST PAY 50% DOWN FIRST" It was a BIG round number for what they said would be a simple job - with no breakdown in costs. When asked what the break down for the costs was, they said privacy was needed for their numbers. I was then informed by the Son that him and his father have no control over pricing, they enter the numbers into a ALGORITHM and it spits out the price! But wouldn't be transparent on the numbers that they enter nor could he explain what an Algorithm is! To me, businesses have simple math, you add "line by line." In summary, this business goes around the community sizing up potential customers to shake every last penny out of their pockets. Unfortunately some people are gullible enough to give in to their scam and it keeps them in business. Look elsewhere, get more quotes, this business is unethical with zero transparency. They are classic con-artists as they throw around words like "algorithm" to show con-fidence that the job which all it is brick laying by the way is so complex, so difficult, requires such a talent to complete just can't be done for anything less than really high prices. The Father/Son do not even do the work themselves, they pay other people to lay the paver bricks! The whole thing is a rip off. Save your self the frustration and look elsewhere.

Loving my new backyard paradise! Pinnacle Pavers helped me through the whole process and made it a great experience for my family. Very professional and great customer service. I would highly recommend!

I stopped in the showroom and set up an appointment for an estimate.Scheduled one for 8am 2 days later.They never showed up or even a courtesy call.I called them and left a message,no return call.How can you trust a company like that.
