As we all know, insurance has always been one of those "necessary evils" that we have to have in place just in case... My experience with Pinnacol has allowed me to drop the "necessary evil" terminology. As I started my business, Pinnacol offered very competitive rates. After one year, my rates actually went down!! Never expected that! Unfortunately, two and a half years in I have two employee injuries requiring minor medical treatment. I turned in the claim and Pinnacol took it from there. I was immediately contacted by a representative with very clear direction on next steps. They took care of everything with the medical providers and I was free to get back to work. Thank you!
