Amazing company! I noticed the spring had broke and put that down in the notes with my home warranty. Patrick and Isaac came down to service my garage door and they did an excellent job! Straight up guys and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. They did give me some regular maintenance notes that I should start doing, thank you for that! A great company that I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs and garage service done!

Window for appointment was 11am to 3pm. They called ahead when they were on their way which was around 11:30. What an awesome company. Isaac and Patrick were phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door opener issue. They are super friendly and very courteous. Gave me a few tips too. I would highly recommend this company if you have an overhead door issue. Completely satisfied with the service I received from them.

contacted pioneer overhead doors this morning to service my garage door that had brok on Sunday. Spoke to Desiree, who scheduled a technician to come out same day. Desiree also followed up and advised when technician was on his way. Joe was my technician he was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Joe fixed my garage door better then New and affordable. I definitely recommend Pioneer Overhead Doors to service your garage door and their staff was very pleasant to work with. thank you

We contacted our warranty company concerning a broken spring & damaged brackets to our garage door. They deployed Pioneer Overhang garage door company. We were scheduled for a Tuesday service call Monday morning our water heater started leaking & because the garage door was not able to be opened, there was water all over the garage floor. we contacted Ron, the owner & he sent out a tech within an hour. The tech was kind, polite & did an amazing job with the repair. Now we only hope that we get as good service with the replacement of the water heater....

Isaac responded and helped fix my garage door opener. Ended up being the mother board. Originally we thought it was going to be a few days, and they went out of their way and checked all of the trucks and was able to come back same day. Great job and thank you for going out of your way.

We were fortunate to get Isaac from Pioneer to fix our remotes and access code box for our garage. Isaac was knowledgeable, professional and kind. As senior citizens, we are happy to avoid the cold to get in the house thanks to Isaac fixing out remotes.

When my garage door collapsed I called Ron at Pioneer Overhead Door. He personally guided me through the website to pick out the perfect replacement. His recomendation of the Amarr Classica 3000 Santiago was perfect. We made the deal and within 2 weeks he had a crew onsite to replace the doors. I can not say enough about Ron's professionalism, and his price was the best in Las Vegas. Brandon and Joe, the installers, were an awesome crew. They jumped right in and had the both doors up in just a few hours. Their attention to detail and constant communication with me made this very satisfactory experience. By the time they were done, the site was cleaner than when they arrived, and I understood everything I need to know anout my new doors. Thank you Ron, Brandon and Joe for a great experience. We now have the best looking house on the block. We will enjoy these doors for years to come. Had a broken spring on my garage door. They were out to my house within an hour and a half. Their prices are considerably more reasonable than any of the others. I called them because I had previously had them install a garage door opener and found that they were more reasonable than anybody else. The techs that came out we're great! Highly recommend

We were very pleased with our experience with Pioneer Overhead Door. They were quick to respond to our Home Warranty request, schedule our appointment, and even arrive early for said appointment. As new home buyers, we had many questions about our garage door set up and Brandon was very specific about what we wanted and needed to know. We felt confident in his answers and reassured that we were in good hands. Because we have to wait a few days for our new opener, Brandon installed a simple slide lock for us to ensure no one could access the contents of our garage and home. We look forward to having a nice, new set up next week.

Good work, bad customer service. Had a a lot of respect for the techs who did the work, but don’t trust the company’s warranty. Guy came out and did a solid job replacing the door a few months back. Come out a couple days ago attempt to close my door and it basically falls off the rails... the cables are completely off the gear. Guy asks me not to touch it and it will be a few days before someone can get there was on a weekend. Since I didn’t want my stuff stolen for two days, i unhooked the messed up wire to let it down. I was informed my warranty was voided and I had to pay full price for the fix, Called the company and got blasted with anger and hate. When I came back into my garage the tech informed me he would have to charge an additional 80% of the price because of the long winded call that just transpired. Bright side is, since I don’t have a warranty I have no reason to call a angry self insulting individual again.
