Pioneer Solar, Tyler Gohring, Jordan Gohring and Brandon Butcher are hands down the worst Business Experience I have ever had. I bought Solar from them in June of 2016 and am still getting power bills as they installed the wrong system and Brandon has been promising to correct problem for months, I've literally had at least 15 scheduled times and they are a no show, no call every time. This week alone I had a Thursday, then Friday, then Wednesday and another Friday, each time they never showed up or even courtesy called to let us know, they are an absolute joke to work with. Do yourself a favor and really research these people and then find a professional, reliable, honest company to work with.

Watch out for BRANDON BUTCHER! he is a snake and rips people off... Beware before working with him.,,,Do your research on him and you will see how terrible he truly is...

Great products and knowledge base with the guys at Pioneer.  They were able to work around my roof issues as well as identify any potential issues with my existing electrical system.  I had all my questions answered timely and and they kept me posted about status of permits and any other items related to my install.  Installers were awesome as well!

Pioneer did a great job! Jordan has been so helpful and when they say they are going to be here or do something they have done it. It is nice to deal with a company that is true to their word.

I'm very happy I found Pioneer Solar. Vivint tried pressuring me into getting a system with them but i heard nothing but horror stories about them. One of my friends got a system with them and they were so upset about how it looked on their house. I really wanted solar but didn't want my house to not look good. Fortunately a Pioneer Solar rep named Jonathan came to my house and showed me how beautiful their system looks. He also took his time to answer all of my questions to make me feel comfortable. Their price may have been slightly higher than Vivint but the few extra bucks was WELL WORTH IT. I come to my house happy everyday to see the beautiful system Pioneer installed. Everytime i see my friend's house i cringe for her. The process with Pioneer was flawless and they came thru with everything they said they would. The rep even brought over some nice pastries and a Nest thermostat for free!!! A+ all around. True professionals.
