I have been ordering thru PIP for years and have always been impressed with the customer service. Recently placed a large order twice back to back; Erin contacted me ASAP to make sure I didn't place a duplicate order. I appreciated the follow up and timeliness from PIP Sales to ensure it was an intentional double order. Best for customer and business satisfaction. Thank you Erin for being on top of it!
You guys knock it out of the park with customer service. Erin is FABBO to work with. The design team is awesome at quickly making changes we request. The customer service is beyond worth it, and we will continue to be repeat customers. It's really refreshing to have such awesome service, so I imagine you take good care of your employees and it shows. They seem happy.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, very grateful for them taking on our company and helping with both last minute and larger print jobs. Quality and timeliness is so much better than our last printer and we will definitely be using PIP for our future projects.
