Pirate's Alley

I’ve used this store for 15 years and spent $1000s in personal and business framing, and had great service from Rose and most of the staff. However, I have had to interact with John on a couple of occasions, and had only negative experiences, with the most recent being the worst. He is abrasive, condescending, rude, and is extremely disrespectful. I am sincerely disappointed that he remains with the store when he is so clearly unsuited for customer service. I will explore other options or only deal with professional staff at this location. Highly advise that you do not receive any service from this individual as you will be extremely disappointed.

Britton Road location is my local store. Very friendly and helpful people. I had several unstretched canvas prints that had been sitting around for years. I went into the store having never had anything framed in my life. The whole experience was fantastic and I love the work they did. They didn't judge me on my stuff being kinda nerdy either, LOL. Our game room is almost complete. I will continue to use them for all my projects. Thank you!

Awesome place! I was trying to frame one of my paintings that was sold. The lady in the show room was very helpful. Soon realized I couldn't afford the cheapest frame they had. She said she would look for a used one that would fit in the back. She gave me a used frame that worked. They even mounted the painting for me! Left them money to buy lunch. Great people. I highly recommend them.

I just want to tell the folks at Pirate’s Alley that I appreciate the fine workmanship and extra care they took for me. They did decorative stapling of canvases to wood frame. Hard to explain but grateful for the professional touches. Thank you so much

Quality people, products and workmanship at a competitive price! As an artist, I would not be able to present my work the way I do without them! A true family run business with excellent customer service and pride of workmanship!

Basically everything in my home has been framed by Pirates Alley, and the frames and matting are beautiful! It's a wonderful business that really cares about its customers and employees.

The only place in town that I trust to frame my artwork. I have used them half a dozen times and I have never been let down! Looking forward to continue business with them in the coming years!!

There are a lot of great options for ready made frames, and even more options for custom frames. I'll definitely be coming here to have more of my paintings framed.
