The Pisacanos are wonderful and worked a miracle to help me rent a lovely apartment in one of their very well maintained buildings. They are trusted members of the community and professionals in the most personable manner.

In my experience this company is highly unprofessional. Be careful speaking with management as they will attempt to scare you with lawyers. They will berate you and attack you for any issue you come up to them with especially the father he is a bitter old man that will verbally attack your wife but never the man of the house. Ive had 2 apartments with this company. Most common issue i had was with their heating issues. Ive had a hamster freeze to death because they did not address the issue. They finally addressed it after I called 311. This was 3 weeks later. On a funny note if a landlord tells you im not a slumlord then start running away asap! Wish I did. I would stay away from this one.

Where to begin? : I cannot recommend Pisacano Realty enough! This is a family business with James Sr. James Jr. and angel on earth Crystal Pisacano. This family is honest, hard working and they own/lease several buildings in East Harlem and Manhathan. We lived in Pisacano for 3 years and the management is phenomenal! If every we had any kind of maintenance request they were handled without delay and thoroughly!! Crystal is firm but accommodating and so helpful! Please rent from them and know you are in great hands!
