I've tried twice now to use the range at this location. I arrived at 2:30 today to fire a new pistol I just purchased and learned they closed at 3:00 on Sundays. Although the range was empty, the elderly man didn't want to be bothered with having me use a lane for just a short time. I told him I would pay even though I wouldn't get much time (about 25 minutes) but he said "no, because he'd have to clean."This was the 2nd time I visited this business while at the Lake for the weekend and the last time was a very similar experience. I was never helped, never assisted or of offered assistance when I walked through the store, and when I went downstairs to the range I stood for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped and finally turned around and left. Its a very nice store and facility so its a shame the service is so bad.
