Flowers ordered for Valentine's Day never delivered. Website says "in progress". Florist doesn't answer to phone calls, text messages, emails. Guess they went out of business, so avoid!

They are thieves!!!! Don’t buy nothing from this bullshirt shop!!! I ordered by phone, they charged me 100$ , but sent me like 20$ flowers not rose…; They are robbed me!!!
I ordered flowers at about 8:55am this morning, and they were delivered by 1pm. My daughter says they are very beautiful! This is such an easy quick way to send flowers, with no hidden costs! Thank you very much Pitkin Florists.
THEY ARE FRAUDS! I placed a same day delivery order & never received it. Called the next day for a refund & never received any updates. Both this and Kingston Ave florists are ran under the same people. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES being ran here & will be reported to the BBB
Rude as hell! Location on Pitkin Ave is not even open anymore. Owner hung up on me when I inquired where the open location was. I can only imagine the hospitality provided to grieving families. Despicable.
I can't tell you how embarrassed I am about the flowers that were sent to my friends Mother's funeral. They actually had dead flowers. Please never use this place. I wish i could have given zero stars. Check out the dead lilies! This cost $192.00
Order taker hung up the phone on me after I asked for an approximate time of delivery on Valentine’s Day. Very unprofessional and Will never use them again
