This is based of costumer service alone. I walked in during lunch, it was a mad house with workers putting together to go orders. How that place works I have no idea because there was no one helping or signs that say where to order. I wanted a falafel bowl which apparently they dont sell but based of the pictures they do. It was clear they were too busy to want to help me so I wasnt able to actually eat there.
Came here right before they closed for the evening. Owner let us in. But they only had Falafel and no meat. So we ordered that and seasonal fries. Food was good and prices ok.
Horrible place to eat. Chicken was nasty and disgusting. No taste . Waste of 42$ I couldn’t chew the chicken and broccoli and sesame chicken and rice was tasted like plastic! I make sure not to ever eat at this place again!
Really good falafel salad, very fresh vegetables and the falafels themselves were perfect.
The food here is decent, staff is friendly, but there's not much space to sit and prices could be better for what you get. I keep wondering why I'm not at schnitzel express, which seems to be better overall, and is only one block away.
I must admit that I'm not a huge fan of Mediterranean restaurants, but my co-worker recommended this place, and I was SHOCKED by how much I LOVED IT! The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. I wasn't familiar with a lot of the items on the menu, so they give me free samples to try. Everything I had was delicious, and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with my meal. I feel super healthy too. This is the first time I have ever written a restaurant review -- Ever -- so hopefully that tells you how seriously amazing Pitopia is!
Didn't care for it, like most kosher food. Falafel was greasy. Salad was old. Schnitzel sat in my stomach, sandwich fell apart, gave me heartburn. Sauces made a mess, not easy to dispense. A lot of food for not so much money so it's a good value but the food's not so great. Pretty cool Israeli dance music was being played when I was there.
A bit overpriced and the food quality was comparable to most fast casual dining establishments. I was disappointed after ordering “ spicy fries” on the menu and they were merely just typical seasoned fries from a bag for $4. The employee made them out to be in-house seasoned. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but they do have a little bit of everything. I would like to have tried an Impossible Burger, as they advertised it outside and on every table/counter, but they were out of stock.
Nice variety of falafel sandwiches, shawarmas and middle eastern salads. Lots of sauces to choose from. Well lit dining area, but not a lot of seating. Tables can get a bit messy during lunchtime. But the food is good. Cashier was nice. Solid lunch spot all around.
A bit overpriced for the quality of food. This more of a fast-food chain/Subway style restaurant, trying to churn through customers, but for that reason they don't put a lot of care into what they make. a good pita sandwich then costs $10 and you can get a better deal elsewhere.
