Pizza Factory
"For over 30 years, Pizza Factory has stayed true to its roots. Hardworking owners and staff, family-friendly dining, and a high-quality product make us who we are. We take pride in the smile that first bite of pizza gives our guests. We strive to make everyone feel as if this is their hometown pizzeria. "We Toss'em, They're Awesome" - our hand-tossed pizzas are simply the best. Each bubbly, cheesy pie is made with the 100% real mozzarella cheese and our signature sauce. It's hard to say what makes it so delicious: the dough, the sauce, or is it the fresh toppings? We'll let you decide, if you can."

Pretty poor experience overall and the pizza was average at best. Multiple errors and lack of care for what happened. Feels disorganized in the kitchen. Pizza was barely warm when I got it after sitting and waiting for 70 minutes on a 50 minutes expected time. Asked them where's my pizza after the multiple errors and it was sitting on top of the oven. Didn't call my name or bring it to me when I sat on the third table in front of all of them at the cash register inside area. Ordered the Factory special with green peppers replaced with basil, but they got it wrong 3 times. They told me the basil was the seasoning on the edge. Then they told me it's underneath everything. I couldn't find it unfortunately. The breadsticks had a lot of oil underneath and were soft. Flavor was alright, but not as good as typical long breadsticks. They forgot the sauce so check your orders before leaving. First error: they gave me the incorrect pizza without checking and breadsticks without the sauce. Took it to my table and opened it to notice it was wrong. Second error: Gave me another pizza that didn't have any basil or mushrooms so they offered to fix it. Third error: Gave me another pizza with the same green peppers and said they messed it up again. Then they rummaged a few boxes above the oven and finally found one that they said was my pizza. Be careful and check order carefully. I don't know how they could get it wrong that many times. Pizza was alright though the breadsticks weren't that good. Hope others have better experience than me.
9/28/22 We ordered an extra large, got half and half, only 9, yes we were able to individually count the 9 small pieces of sausage on our pizza. That kind of sucked, if you were out would have rather been told that and choose a different topping. A little bit of a bummer, but still good pizza. Always love pizza factory, it was quite busy when we went, but there were a few free tables and it was Thursday evening when they have a lovely band outside playing. Their salad bar is by far my favorite out of everywhere I've gone, honestly think it's the addition of green olives and vinegar, but it is always the best. The staff is friendly, and there is a fun small little arcade for the kids, also can politely ask for a balloon, one of my favorite memories as a kid. Vegetarian options: Either can enjoy the salad bar or get a veggie pizza. Kid-friendliness: Definitely can bring your youngings, free balloon upon request and a small arcade. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the end of the sidewalk.
After a day hiking, we were desperate for some Italian food and a glass of wine. Naturally we went to an Italian place with a good rating... let's be clear: there is nothing Italian about it... a TSA check done when ordering a glass of wine - is the bearded man infront the cashier over 16, 18, or whatever age when one can have a wine...? the food, then? Alfredo pasta lukewarm drowning in some undefined sauce. Disaster. Waiting for ages for the pizza to arrive... when it finally arrived, it was unclear if there could be a pizza under layer upon layers of toppings... the evening was saved by the gentleman Ian who kept the wine coming into our plastic cups and who propsed a ranch sauce on top of the already grotesque pizza, which actually made it somewhat better. It is not easy to be a European in this country... thanks, Ian, for being there!
We’re local to the Oakhurst Pizza Factory. When ordering pizza from here it’s a splurge and we always order a half bbq chicken with hot cashew and half big D special. Please see the photos of the cashews that are beyond burnt. We have a good friend who owns a franchise not far and has attempted to replicate how this happened in the standard franchise ovens and can’t figure out how the pizza was completely undercooked yet the cashews were so burnt it ruined everything. Worst thing is we were only allowed to a store credit and no actual refund for $60 in inedible pizza.
Beware, this place doesn’t know how to make veggie pizza. We ordered a veggie pizza and it was terrible, who puts raw veggies on a pizza baked with cheese? You can clearly see from the picture how tomatoes are put on top of baked pizza in big round slices. Also, it had all raw onions, green pepper and mushrooms added beneath the tomatoes, the crust was worse. The garlic bread we ordered had no taste of garlic in it, felt like eating a chewy bread with cheese, I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I don’t recommend this place at all, avoid.
As soon as we walked in, we were excited because the place smelled delicious. However, as we reached the register, we were greeted by rude workers ready to go home at 8:30 pm. The manager was giving her worker attitude right in front of us. No shame. We wanted to order pasta, but they said the only item available was pizza. Online, the hours were stated as: closing at 10pm. We were not the only group that walked out without spending money here.
It's not what it used to be! Atmosphere is pretty bad. Staff did the bare minimum. Large pizza looked like a medium and was not made well. It was not very clean. The bathrooms are falling apart and filthy. To put it simply, Danny would be disappointed!Food: 3/5
We are on vacation and went here for dinner on December 28th. I had the salad bar and got so sick that night and the next day. I think it was food poisoning. My husband and son also ate salad, but I was the only one who ate blue cheese dressing. Beware this experience ruined a couple of days of our vacation. If I could give them no stars I would.
Went in there a few days ago and the manager, Pam, was incredibly rude to me. I was just trying order some pizza for my family and I to eat that day and she gave me attitude and a glare when i was looking at the menu. Like be patient please. The food was really good tho!Food: 3/5
Clean and tidy branch. Great and quick service. I had veggie and cheese pizza; both tasted really good and served hot. I also had cheese spaghetti; super yummy. Average pricing and portions.
