Pizza Hut

God these reviews were scary. I got my pizza in time but man... they barely put any cheese or sauce, it's all bread. And they forgot to put the flavor on my crust. How. And they won't answer the phone so I can tell them.

This is the worst Pizza Hut EVER. I will wait a few months and give it another try and it's still horrible. The service is slow, the pizza is either burnt or not done all the way. My last pizza looked like it had been dropped when it got to me. One time they brought me completely brown/black pizzas. How do you let product like that out of the door? It's insane how poor their product and client service are and it's sad because it's the only pizza hut around. Terrible. I only gave it one star because you have to give it at least one star. It really deserves no stars. I have finally given up on the place. They should just close it down.

One of worst pizza I ever seen. I order 3 pizza tonight when I go there they say your order I canceled we not have pizza. After I talk with him they give me 2 pizza. I say I ordered 3 they not give me 3rd pizza they returned my money and he not making pizza he is hurry to go home. I reached there 11 and store closing time is 12 then also they not making another pizza for me. After I go home I eat pizza but they mess up topping and very bad pizza. I request other people don’t go here u lose your money very bad experience.

What the heck! After a long day of work ya boi was just tryin to eat a pizza but these fools took 10 years to deliver and I live across the dang street from the store. Thanks for the midnight snack Pizza Hut, but I ordered at 8pm.

I placed an order for delivery from this Bear location and never received my food. I called twice, spoke to a supervisor once and at no point was I given any type of reasonable customer service. Even when I called the next day to verify my credit card would not be charged for the food I did not receive, the supervisor (which was different from the previous one I had spoken to) didn't inquire or seem troubled at all that I had this experience. Never again will I frequent this location or this company.
