Pizza Hut

Great service! Very timely. Easy over-the-phone order.. no automated system. The pizza was good. It seemed a little doughy but it was the first time having the Detroit-style pizza. Loved the chicken Alfredo pasta and breadsticks.

I ordered the Detroit pizza with all my favorite toppings, and used the app. Siri took me right there, too. Guy who brought pizza out to me was so nice, he gave me a coupon for the order. Very friendly.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. A third-party delivery service dropped my pizza at the wrong address on 1-30-23. The Pizza Hut manager on duty remade my order and treated me really well despite the fact that the mistake wasn't his fault. He's an example of good customer service not just for Pizza Hut but anyone in any job.

This place is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER use them again. Ordered online at 5:14pm. While the arrival time was estimated 35-45min, at 6:10pm I was notified that DoorDash would be delivering my order at 6:42pm. I was now given a new time of 7:00pm. THAT'S 90+mins and counting. Horrible! Not to mention pizza was low quality and COLD!!! This is what you get for trying a new place. Domino's is better tasting and sooooooooo much faster. They will refund you if not happy with product. This place doesn't care or stand by customer service. If I want to use Door Dash, I would have chosen them. Hire your own drivers and deliver pizza hot. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Food was fine but we were missing sauces. If you're going to charge $1 for each tiny side cup of sauce then you should make sure to deliver it with the order. Please refund the sauces on order 3221203001048001331040109.

Pizza is good but to call and place an order!! OMG always a person who can barely speak English!! They never ever get my order right!! I'm not going to argue with a person who can't pronounce fluently,!! Need to speak with an actual pizza hut person who works there!! Enough said!!

I was only picking up orders for customers, but for both of my deliveries the staff was courteous, and prompt. The customers were satisfied!

What a rip off $20 bucks for mostly bread. No cheese to edge. No crusty edge… that’s a selling point. No one answers the phone. So disappointing. Don’t waste your money here

PIZZA WAS COLD AND DRY. WINGS ALSO COLD. I ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE AND THEY TRANSFERED MY ORDER TO DOOR DASH SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO BE DELIVERED. I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE AND CHEESE AND THEY DIDNT PUT ANY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN. WHO WANTS COLD AND NASTY PIZZA. BTW MY ORDER WAS $120.00 WHAT A RIP OFF.

This order the pizza was good the cinnamon rolls were raw. They were barely cooked at all. the previous order was good. An order before that it looked like someone dumped our pizza on the floor and put it in a box. We were supposed to get a credit for that one and did not. I think at this point we will order elsewhere as it has not been worth it due to orders not being that great. Deliver person was great and did his job well.
