Pizza Hut

The pizza was just raw dough, and no care. all that money for nasty dough pizza that was inedible! Also, when you spend the EXTRA money for EXTRA cheese, you expect it! I've tried to give you all another chance after several let downs, and still, trash! the dough wasn't cut, to doughy for your employees to even cut it?! The top of the crust wasn't near cooked to par! People there need to either start doing the job they're paid for, or quit and hire vets or the like that NEED money, clearly these people want yo be fired to collect unemployment! Too many times! I'm not even asking for that $30+ for ONE pizza, just know, you all NEED to improve. Nastiest pizza I ever had, and will probably make me never order a pizza from Any Pizza Hut ever again!

Ordered a hand tosseds super supreme at 8:28 p.m. got home about 20 minutes later open up my pizza and it was pepperoni and olives. It had a hole in it and was extremely cold. I took it back and ask for the correct Pizza the manager said oh yeah we have it. It's 9:32 now. The manager asked did I want the cold pizza that has been sitting for an hour or a new one. Stupid question because I paid for a hot pizza. Got my new pizza and it's undercooked and tastes horrible. I have never had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut but there are too many places that sell pizza so I will never go here again

Usually love this place. Almost all our food was either crushed or burned. They did remake it and send it, so plus there. However, 1 pizza was still overcooked and the wings still had almost no sauce...

My pizza was absolutely delicious. I thought it was going to be the old school eat in Pizza Hut but it's not. However, you can eat your pizza then sit in and eat your pizza.Food: 5/5

About what I expected. But my son wanted pizza and they were open. The buffet is closed and with good reason. The joint seemed like a spot for a planning if a robbery or a hit. Very dark, empty quiet. Seems more of a order and pick up than dine in. But our pizza was hot and fresh, and the lady at the counter was fairly cool.

We wanted some pizza and this the only Pizza Hut around Kempsville area that have a buffet for only $6.97. The pizza was hot and good, the salad bar was adequate.

We were the only one in the dining area on a Sunday afternoon. Extremely slow service.. and she never refilled our drinks or checked in on us. I'm not really a fan on Pizza Hut pizza... Usually very greasy. I'm more of a NY pizza fan. But my son received coupons from reading club at school so felt like we should treat him. Next time I think I'd rather pay for good pizza!

Online said open, sign on door said open.... doors locked two cars in parking lot but door locked. Must have been nap time.Food: 1/5

We came for the dining in experience. It is definitely not the same since PRE COVID. The FOOD was still good. Cooked perfectly to our taste. The disappointed was in the dining. The place was dark and dirty. The floors and carpet were sticky. Drinks were only in bottles and not a fountain drink. Our food was served to us as if it were take out. Although the employee was very professional in serving us, we still got the feeling they didnt want us to eat in. No worries Pizza Hut on Kempsville, we won't eat in there anymore. Your goal was accomplished.
