The manager at the newcut @ palatka location has always been very friendly and thorough and on top of it! I've had no problems here as long as I can remember her managing this store. The food is fresh, hot, and she is quick to compensate if things don't go as planned. I travel a bit out of my way when I want pizza hut, so that I know my experience will be pleasant, at this location.
Just wasn't satisfied. Too long for lunch break and pizza was cooked to long. Service just wasn't good, rude honestly. Asked for menu got calorie menu. Wanted prices not how many calories I'm taking in. I don't watch my weight.
The food was really good. I walked in to order 2 medium pepperoni pizzas for $6.99 each, paid, and was told 20 to 25 mins wait. I walked outside and watched videos on my phone as I waited, and when I got my food it was hot and well done as I had ordered. A Good alternative to Little Caesars if you want something different.
You can tell that the employees at the New Cut Rd Pizza Hut take pride in their great quality of food and customer service! I have never had a bad experience at this location. Thanks to the cooks who prepared our food yesterday, and the awesome young lady that greeted me and handled my transaction.
Received a brick of what should have been bread sticks. Wasn't cut and it was too hard for me to cut myself. I'm guessing it had been reheated multiple times. Will never visit this location again.
I'd rather have good pizza than poor service but here they have mainly good service and decent pizza.
I'm not a fan of fast food, but of all the pizza places, for my kids this is the best.
Food good. Had trouble with app and on line. Site seemed overload. Delete item and driver tip from order.
You know, this was the original pan pizza at least from a commercial perspective and it's still the best. I haven't had one for many years and walked into this store on New Cut Road just south of Iroquois Park, and my large pan Supreme was just as spectacular as the first one I ever had as a kid. Pizza Hut is pretty amazing pizza. As a college student I worked at one in Bloomington Indiana, off campus near Indiana University, and even after working there multiple days a week, the pizza recipes tasted great, week after week.
They shorted me on the cheese.. and I paid for extra cheese.. some slices had areas of "no cheese" .. like crop circles..
