Pizza Hut

Service was good, delivery was fast, wings were bussin. But my pizza was messed up when I got it. Tastes fine, but slices were overlapped, center of my pizza was aligned. Kinda looked like they just threw slices together. The cheese was melted over the overlapping so it didn't seem like a delivery issue. And I asked for it to be cut into squares and it wasn't. That's why they get 3 stars.on the plus side it seemed like they were going to help but I don't have a ride that's why I had it delivered.

The order didn't turn out the way I expected. The cheese sticks weren't very cheesy. The Mexican pizza wasn't very cheesy either. The crust was like cardboard. It was colder than expected when I started eating. Called to complain to the manager and was told there was no way. All the food made was quality.

The Hubbell location was spot on with my order, they were fast and the delivery driver was extremely polite. Will definitely order from here again.

My pizza was great as well as the bq chicken and the cinnamon rolls all was fantastic even the man who delivered it. Best food I have ever had from pizza hut

Ordered the pasta and wings and had it delivered. They dropped my food off at the guard shack of titan tire and I don’t even work there! And they didn’t call and tell me this either, I called to see where my order was. So when I told them I don’t work there it’s like she didn’t care and kept telling me how to get to the guard shack!! Terrible service from this location!!!

Love the new Alfredo sauce for the pasta and the garlic Parm sauce is amazing on pizza plus I kinda dig the staff I actually LIKE working there myself !!

Rude! I had a large delivery and left a nice tip PRIOR to delivery as it was on the payment screen. Never again! The guy was a complete jerk. Not sure why he was acting that way...there was no reason for it. I will not be using them ever again. There are other business who deliver pizza and can be friendly, or at the very least not rude! If you order from this location, do not put your tip on when up order. Do it upon delivery so you can atleast base it on the service you get. Reviews that say they gave good service are highly inaccurate and suspect. Terrible service is the norm.

I always feel a little ill after eating here, which sucks because it's the closest Pizza Hut to me.

The pizza was very dry and the breadsticks had very little cheese and were burnt. My pizza was cold when it got delivered to me. I called the manager Cody multiple times to complain that I hadn't received my pizza yet and that it would be cold when I received it. Instead of offering me money back or a future discount he would only assure me that my pizza would be hot. It is not hot. I had to reheat it when it finally got here. I paid delivery fees and tipped the driver to ensure my order would get here in a timely and efficient manner and I received neither. This is extremely disappointing.

They cut my pizza the wrong way and when I asked that they just cut it close, they had to remake the whole order again, I had my car running the entire time cause my son and I were in it, on the opposite side of town because our pizza hut due to staffing issues was not open, I ended up waiting for an hour just to get two pizzas and an apology, but would have liked either a coupon for next visit or maybe money back on one pizza due to the fact I should not have had to wait so long. Otherwise customer service was great.
