There is the kindest, most friendly, courteous lady who works there and insures the pizzas are made just right and are ready when you need them. She has worked there for years and this place is great because of her.
The food was burned to a crisp and the manager was nonchalant about the situation. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this location. If you are purchasing pizza I URGE YOU TO USE A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!!!!! They don't care about what they serve you. Fire the manager or continue to receive negative reviews and lose business.
Diane is the store manager and she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. If this is the level of customer service being displayed by management, the team members don’t have any hope for success.
The delivery tracker was very inaccurate. I called store to find out where my pizza was located because the tracker said it had been delivered. The employee that answered was unable to give me any useful explanation and told me to just wait for it longer. When it arrived 17 minutes later the personal pizza was ice cold and hard naturally. The wings were cold as well and the container was smashed. The presentation alone made me not want the food anymore. I called back to the store but no one answered after being placed on automated hold. This was my first experience at this location and it was awful so I would not recommend this to any of my associates.
Absolutely worst place ever ! Called to make an order for dinner boxes for the lady to be so absolutely rude … told me go check out deals online and I could call back and order ! Literally called back with stuff online to be told I couldn’t do that either ! Worst and rudest ppl on the phone !
Never in my life have I typed out a review but what Pizza Hut has done is ridiculous. I placed an order from my campground spot which happens to be less then 5 miles down the road and while waiting for over an hour I start to worry on the whereabouts of our large order, so I place a call to the store to inquire on my order. The gentleman who answered the phone literally said “my manager canceled the order because it’s after dark and we don’t deliver there after dark, and we tried to call you but nobody answered”. That was a lie because the phone number associated with the delivery address was correct and I have 5G service. I’m going full on Karen right now because I love had a few beers while camping and was really looking forward to some pizza along with 10 other people. Highly recommend you choose Papa johns or some other pizza establishment that does deliver in the dark.

The consistency just isn’t there. The first few times I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised at the hot pizza, it was cooked to perfection, sauce ratio was great. But every other time my pizza is lukewarm, toppings sparse, and taste is just slightly...off. Not flavorful.
I ordered and paid through the app. I ordered a family box. I ordered the pizza with pepperoni on the right side only. I requested curbside delivery. When I got to the store, I texted the number in my email notification. No one brought my pizza. I called the number. The person who answered said I had reached the call center and she couldn’t help me. She transferred me to customer service in Pittsburgh, PA. I was in Little Rock, Arkansas. I texted a few more times and still no pizza was brought to my car. I did not want to walk in because I have a foot injury. After waiting 40 minutes after my notification that the pizza was ready, I went inside and got my box. The employee didn’t apologize or anything. I got home, and the pizza had pepperoni on the whole thing. My kids would not eat it. That’s why I had ordered pepperoni on one side only.
