WORTHLESS!! Ordered DoorDash for this guys just to screw it up anyways. Ordered the Chocolate Chip cookie thing, does this look like a chcolate chip. Yea i didnt think so either. When called they said we could pick one up if i could drive there. I wouldnt have ordered DoorDash to begin with if i had the means to get there. You know not living here and this is the food that we get is ridiculous. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!
Took them almost an hour and a half to get my order to me. When I ordered my food it said it would take about 35 min. Not ONLY that it was not made correctly I ask for extra cheese, red Sause, and on one extra peperoni. I payed for the extra toppings and yet I never got what I ask for. NOrmally their better then this but latly the quality as taken a noise dive. Never time I am going to call and ask for my money back
Employees are rude if they acknowledge you, the carry out “deal” is NOT their normal pizza very low quality like lil ceasers , and the prices keep going up. Stay away also they do ghost kitchens on delivery sites, so be vigilant as well .Food: 1/5
I ordered two stuffed crusts and the pizzas were somehow fused to the box? The pizzas got all tore up trying to get it off and some bits I did get off were ripping cardboard chunks with it. I emailed them with pictures and got no response. Don't eat here unless you want cardboard in your pizza and no help with the issue.
I ordered a pizza using the app and, as usual, used my card to pay. When the driver showed up, he wouldn't give me the pizza unless I paid more money for delivery cash stating that it hadn't been paid my bank showed it had. Called the store, they said it wasn't their problem because they didn't have anything to do with the app and told me to go online to get it resolved. I had to cancel the order completely, thankfully got all my money back, and the online "help" was nothing of the sort. Felt like it was basically extortion.
AWFULL !!! Saddens me that I actually have to give them a Star just to post... I've noticed that they have been Declining in that last 2+ years or so... However I ordered a Pie, a Distinctive Pie, and when I got it home I found out they Gave me, but charged me for the Pie I ordered, a Piece of Bread with some cheese and Pineapple on it... When I called to Complain I didn't get the "Sir let's fix this Problem"... I got the "Oh well We'll give you $5.00 off on your next Order"... I wished that I Paid with a Credit Card so I could have "Disputed the Charges"... However as it stands they will never see another Nickle EVER from me again !!!
I ordered delivery and nobody came. I called and there was no answer, I called again, and finally someone picked up, I said that I didn't want the order anymore because it was stuck in the heater for an hour. The rep was rude, and hung up on me. I called again, the same rep hung up on me, I called again, and finally reached someone that said the order was cancelled. This is not how you treat your customers. Learn how to deal with problems. I put in a call to Corporate and opened a customer experience ticket. Going to Dominos going forward.

I just moved to Albany and ended up breaking my foot so I can't go anywhere. It says I live 1.2 miles away from the store and they won't deliver to where I live. That is absolutely ridiculous and I don't see how they can stay in business not delivering more than a mile from their store.
I used the app to make an order. We've never used this store before. The app stated that the meal I'd ordered would be 23.99. So I paid and then was notified by my card company that the total I'd been charged was 46.00. I called the location and was told that they don't actually do the deals that the app offers. I then had to cancel my order because there's no way 2 medium pizzas, an order of breadsticks, and a 2 liter of soda should be that expensive. I've learned my lesson and we won't be back.
