Pizza Hut

I called to order my pizza at 6:24pm. The employees were very rude on the phone asking for the address like I was stupid. I was looking it up and they got impatient. Then, I waited 2 hours! I called to see where my pizza was and they told me I order it for pick up when I specifically said, “delivery.” I tried calling again and they didn’t answer! I then called from my employees phone and they answered… I asked how much longer and they charged me 9$ for the delivery fee! After looking up the fee it was supposed to be 6$. I asked if there was a vetrans discount because I am a vet and tomorrow is vetrans day. They were very rude to me. The pizza wasn’t worth the wait. It was ice cold, hardly cooked through! I am frustrated by this transaction and DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! Please spread the word.

This place had no drivers and they called door dash to make my delivery. I called the door dash driver # that was given in a text and was told Pizza Hut gave my order away to the wrong person. I called Pizza Hut back and I was told it's my problem not theirs if my order was never delivered. So now I'm out dinner and $49.00. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. What a rip off.

the fact that i’ve always ordered from this location and they’ve never messed up my order this was truly an embarrassment. i ordered pizza for my co workers and truly is an embarrassment for myself that this is what i got to feed them. pizza came all over the place. i’m talking about the slices were on top of each other. obviously i can’t fix it if the pieces of pizza have cheese stuck to one another

Well this was a terrible experience. First of all we asked for our pizza to be cut in squares. And I can’t figure out what shape these pieces are suppose to be. Second I order two sets of boneless wings and the wings first have no sauce and second they didn’t even put the 8 count in them. Waste of money. Completely Would give them ZERO STARS, if I could.

I placed an order for two pizzas and some wings from them over a week ago. Once the delivery was made they were missing one of my pizzas so I had to wait for them to go back and deliver that one as well. An hour later I received my pizza and they gave me half off the order which was great, but I opened the box for the pizza and you could tell it was rushed. It was a pineapple and ham and all of the pineapples were thrown in the middle. Not only did I have to wait for the remainder of my order, but it wasn't great quality at all and it made me even more upset. I was supposed to get a call, but never did after reaching out to customer support. I normally don't write reviews like this, but after seeing the other ones I know I'm not alone when it comes to the unsatisfactory experience I've had.

Good customer service. On time. No issues with my pizza. Cooked perfect each time.

INTRO: I usually go to the 1355 Santa Fe Dr B Denver pizza hut but they were closed this day, so I went to the 4676 Washington St Denver pizza hut. This was a carry-out order with a delayed pick-up time. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. PROS: The food was prepared on time. I arrived a few minutes early and only waited a couple minutes, which I was happy to do since it meant fresh pizza : CONS: When I got home with my pizza in the passenger seat, I went to pick it up and there was a pool of grease on the passenger seat. After cleaning up the pool of grease, I discovered that nearly half the pizza was so saturated in grease that it was inedible, so I only had half a pizza to eat - and even that half I had to stop eating since it was so greasy. I had diarrhea later that evening. I felt rather foolish for eating any of the pizza while it was working its way out of my system to my discomfort. Also, not that it mattered at all compared to the pizza, but the bread sticks didn't have much of whatever seasoning goes on top. SUMMARY: I will never be going to the 4676 Washington St Denver pizza hut again. The 1355 Santa Fe Dr B Denver location is much better - still greasy as Pizza Hut usually is, but nowhere near as bad as 4676 Washington St Denver.

We placed an order for delivery. We were called at the last minute and told that delivery was not not possible and that we needed to come and pick up our pizza and they would give us $10 off. When we arrived 15 minutes later, the Pizza Hut was already closed. The manager was pulling out of the parking lot. He went around the block, came back, went inside and gave us our order. The pizza smelled like burnt cardboard Box the taste of the pizza was horrible I will never order Pizza Hut ever ever again. By the way it's the Pizza Hut on 46th in Washington. The service there has always been poor at best. Never again will we order Pizza Hut from any place

Hadn’t tried Pizza Hut in a while and thought to give the returning stuffed crust! Online ordering was easy and 15-30 minutes was reasonable to wait. Provide curbside pickup instructions on the order. Upon arrival texted information per the large poster in the window. Called after waiting 45 minutes after my order and was informed it wasn’t ready yet. After one hour from order went in and picked up my food. Disappointed that curbside pickup request was ignored. Staff indicated that I could always come in for the order. Got the food home and it was fair, stuffed crust was as I remember but the hand tossed crust was paper thin and greasy.

Love it here. They have good food and the lady always uses coupons on my order to lower the price.
