Contacted the location and spoke to a young lady who claimed to be the manager. Attach the photos and place the review here because, it's what I do. And sometimes you just need a visual aid. Gave two stars because she seemed like she was going to get on it replacement sent will update if it didn't get better
On February 24th my family was having a dinner and this was one of three pizzas I was delivered. Not only was it 2 1/2 hours late and cold but this is a cheese pizza. Disgusting! I worked at a pizza place before and this would NEVER GET BOXED AND SENT OUT!!!! I called to complain and the night manager was rude and blamed me for it. Probably someone who shouldn’t be working there anymore. So I decided to reach out to corporate and was told a regional manger would contact me. Never happened.. so here I sit with nothing done to solve this problem. I will never order from here again!
I order a lot from this Pizza Hut location and this is the first time they really screwed up my order. This was supposed to be 3 separate personal pan pizzas but they came to my door like this.
Pizza wasn’t good taste like cardboard the rep was rude , delivery driver was rude no napkins ect . Won’t be ordering again. Not to mention most of the time the delivery driver get’s lost . Never received my refund for the last two 1/2 wait… been coming here 4 years.
Ordered here for the first time at it was terrible. We ordered a supreme pizza with extra cheese, and black olives. There was not extra cheese and no black olives. The crust was not all the way stuffed, and the crust was very bland after choosing the parmesan crust. The crust on the bottom was so thin that the sauce was coming through the crust. After being told the delivery time would be 7:10pm our pizza was almost an hour late. We will not be ordering from this location again. After fighting with the manager on duty who was only wanting to give us another terrible pizza, he was referring us to a call center to get a refund. Terrible terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Pizza Hut has been good to my family and I. Just 3 months ago a delivery driver named Jerry, from Aurora Colorado, helped my family because he knew money was a little tight. He donated $40 from his own money to our Pizza Hut account, to ensure my family would have some food incase we ran out of money before stimulus arrived. We found out he did this one night when we called to order, and the host told us we had money on our account. I have never been filled with such gratitude because a perfect stranger gave without reserve. Pizza Hut is still enjoyed by us weekly. Thank you Pizza Hut!
Cannot fathom how so many people are having bad experiences with this location??? I've been coming here for three years and have never once had a bad experience. Food is always perfectly made, hot, and delicious. A couple nights ago I did an online order and scheduled my pickup for 4:45. I hit horrible traffic coming home from a really bad day and by 5:45 I realized that at the pizza hut I used to work at different location that we would've eaten it if no one came that much later. I decided to call and see if they could remake it but the woman said it was still waiting for me in the warmer! I was really surprised at that! And then she offered to remake it fresh for me since it had been so long, and I picked up a fresh pizza twenty minutes later. And then the manager was just so absolutely nice and pleasant and related to my bad day. I left there happier than when I came in, and you can't say that about 90% of fast food restaurants, let's be honest. So I have no idea how this place has so many bad reviews, because in three years I haven't had one bad experience.
Our order was screwed up. Not surprised the girl who took our order had no idea what she was doing. Didn't confirm our address, forgot to ask my credit card number and didn't confirm my order. When I called back to complain the "manager" offered to replace our order in an hour. A hour! When I told her I wanted a refund she said I could get one applied to my next order. What!?! I want a refund for what I paid for that was screwed up, now! Not later! She was unapologetic and rude! I don't trust that my money will be refunded. The only reason I give 2 stars is the delivery was under 30 min and the driver was polite but it wasn't very warm.
We ordered our meal at around 7:30 pm and, when 10:00 came around, we called to ask where our pizza was. They said it would be on the next car out. We didn't get our order until 11:00. On the bright side, I thought, Pizza Hut sent us an email apologizing about the situation and offered a free large pizza. Awesome! So we decided to, once again, put our faith in Pizza Hut. But, once again, here I am, waiting on the pizza I ordered 2 and a half hours ago. When I called, I got put on "hold" while the checked my order status, but I got disconnected when the phone started ringing in the background. I'm waiting a little bit longer before I call back, but the place is supposed to close now so I'm not sure what to expect. Wish me luck. Update: We never received the pizza. Their email CSR's did not get back to me, so today I called the store and somehow my order was voided after all of that. The charge was, in turn, reversed and I was offered a 25 dollar credit next time I order from them, which is awesome. Just not sure if it's worth the effort at this point. At least the manager handled it very well.
I do not complain, I am never picky, and I have never asked for a refund before. This was my very first time for all three. We were staying at the Marriott 1.4 miles away, so we ordered a pizza and a drink around 8:25 thinking it would take 20 maybe 30 minutes to get it. At 9:30, the website said our pizza had been delivered.... and there was no pizza insight. So, we called the restaurant to see what was up and get an ETA. Mistakes happen, I get it, maybe they went to a different hotel-- no big deal. The sweet girl at the front answers and says she will ask the manager. Five minutes later, another lady gets on the phone and is fairly short and rude. She says the driver said he has already delivered the pizza, but she is going to hang up on us, call him, and then call us back. We hang up. Two minutes later, the delivery guy FINALLY shows up. I called the store to let them know that he's finally here, but we've been waiting over an hour and we are hungry and frustrated remember, this Pizza Hut is just over 1 mile away from us and we would really like some kind of compensation. Manager lady gets on the phone, says she's already refunded us, tells me to have a good night, and hangs up on me. All in all, crappy service-- inconsiderate, untimely, rude, and unfriendly. Would NOT recommend until they figure out how to make their staff more productive. Good luck to this pizza hut, I hope your management can get this figured out.
