Pizza Hut

Prices are up, and quality is down, way down. "The Edge" deluxe pizza isn't packed with toppings to the edge of the pizza. The pepperoni might make it close to the edge, but the rest of the toppings are toward the center of the pie. And the hand tossed pizza might as well be a thin cracker crust pizza. Sorry, Pizza Hut, but we've contacted the restaurant about poor quality pizza before, and when you have a house full of hungry people, we don't have time to bring the unsatisfactory product back in order to pick up another set of pizzas. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 2 and 3 times, shame on me.

Everytime we order pizza from here it is raw, not just under done but freakin RAW!! Dirty store and rude employees who won't make it right when they screw your order up and 2 hrs later, you are cooking at home because your 40 00 pizzas are RAW!!!!. I took pics and saved the RAW pizza because this time the health dept. Is gonna be notified. $40.00 worth of pizza and 2hrs later, we ended up eating something else.

Charged my card twice for a total of $150.00 pizza was almost two hours late before delivery guy could not find my place. So frustrated I cancelled order. Person we spoke to did nothing to fix it. Didn't offer any kind of resolution. Get it together people. Mainly the manager. You need to do a better job . Your the leader

This is the worst pizza hut I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. It's just a single window that you have to ring a doorbell so you can wait for 5 minutes just to be greeted. There were 3 people outside waiting to poach me for the pizza I just bought. And what really confused me is how a pizza franchise location managed to absolutely ruin a tried and true pizza recipe. I'm no pizza hut fanatic, but they're at least consistently average. This location managed to absolutely DROWN my sorry excuse for a pizza in oil. And that's in comparison to other pizza hut pizzas. Shame on this location for insulting pizza hut, the city of Phoenix, and myself for trying to feed this dog food to dinner guests. P.S. the orange in my photo of that pizza is a literal well of boiling oil waiting to clog my arteries. but at this point, I would be disappointed if the pizza DIDN'T kill me.

On 7/5/2022 at 8:00pm - I called to discuss a incorrect order I received. Someone that stated she is a current manager at this location named Kassandra was very rude as I called to gain additional information regarding a incorrect order. I asked her if I can send her a copy of the email of my receipt. I sent it and she said it can take 40 minutes. I said I have time to wait and then she hung up on me. I then called back and she said I can call the online customer service number to obtain more information. I then asked her is there anything that can be done she said I can give you this number as she again stated you didn’t order what you think you order on our end - she then hung up again. No only was she wrong regarding the order but she was very unprofessional and lack the knowledge to handle situations like this.

Pizza was so bland literally tastless, pizza hut let us order and failed to tell us a 3rd party door dash would be bringing our order until after we already placed and paid for the order. Order arrives from door dash they pulled it out there back seat cold no pizza bag 45 mins after we ordered. Waste of money ! If your looking for cardboard pizza delivered cold this is your place.

Our card was charged twice for 150 dollars and we never received our pizza! They claimed they had no orders under our phone# yet we received text order was out for delivery 2 hours later we called they offered a refund or make new pizzas to send out in another hour asked for a refund she said ok and hung up. Very rude they should have sent another free of charge smh never ever again

I ordered a medium pizza, added enough toppings to make it a $29.00 medium pizza, about $18 EXTRA for the toppings. As you can see from the picture they only put a couple of tablespoons of each on it. I feel like I was robbed. I bet I could have had two large supremes for that price.

Central location is garbage always issues. Ordered at 12:14pm. Got a stuffed crust pepperoni, cheesy bread sticks and wings. The pizza was stone cold as it didn’t get to me until almost two hours later at 1:54pm, the cheesy bread sticks had absolutely no cheese on them and were burnt and the wings had barely any sauce on them. For paying over $50 the service food and experience was horrible only reason I ordered from the central location instead of the one that’s great on 48th st and Broadway is Broadway doesn’t deliver to me cause the central location is 1.6 miles away from me was I didn’t have my vehicle today so had to order delivery guess I’ll go to papa johns next time they have stuffed crust now and rarely ever send out poorly made food or cold product.

I called this specific location for a "extra sauce low cheese" because I know they come dry and wanted to see if they would deliver..well they did deliver and they pizza looked dry as a stone topping were alright but the pizza was dry as I added Buffalo and Ranch to the pizza to live the pizza up. I also tipped the driver which I was reluctant to do based on the pizza already not the driver because you can't help who you work for. The pizza was mediocre at best. You guys are trying to make a comeback but Barro's and Domino's is way better.
