1 star is generous for this location. I placed an order online at 7:24 PM on a Thursday. I tried to call the store immediately after placing my order to fix a detail on my address and was kept on hold for 1 hour and 36 minutes before hanging up. What is even worse is that our food never even showed up. My card has been charged and here we are on Friday AM and I have no food and zero communication with this location. I have attached screen shots showing my hold time. I also have added the screen shot of being text that at 10:16 PM my order was out for delivery. Not sure which is worse- food showing up 3 hours after being ordered after I am in bed or never getting the food. Both are unacceptable and I am in complete shock that a company as large as Pizza Hut allows for locations like this to exist. I have read the other reviews about this store and will never order from Pizza Hut again- regardless of the location. This location is known to never deliver what was ordered, never answer the phone, hang up on customers or deliver hours after the suggestion delivery time. How is this allowed? I have contacted corporate and will have to dispute the charge on my credit card as I never received the food I paid $40 to receive. **Update: I emailed the "feedback" email before ever even posting this review and no one has gotten back to me. So while I appreciate the reply it must not be genuine since they have an email in their inbox to discuss in more detail.
The service was great!! No complaints. My order was coming out as soon as I walked through the door for pickup. The pizza was beautiful but could have cooked just a little longer. It was a lot of cheese and could have melted more. I would reccomend to family and friends and will return.
Worst pizza I've ever seen. Just ordered a meat lovers pizza and only 2 kinds of meat on it. No pizza sauce. Barely any cheese
This place doesn’t deserve 1 STAR! This Pizza Hut location needs to be closed down. It gives Pizza Hut brand a bad name. If I owned Pizza Hut, I wouldn’t want my reputation ruined by careless people. I’ve been a Pizza Hut lover for years. I ordered it 3 to 4 times a week cause I’m a busy working mom and my kids love it. After experiencing so many disappointments from this Pizza Hut. I’m taking my money somewhere else! Pizza Hut can’t care enough about their customers! CLOSE THIS PLACE AND GIVE ME MY 24 dollars back!
Terrible! DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON 1955 Campbellton road Atlanta, Ga 1. I ordered delivery online but they didn’t tell me they didn’t have a delivery driver. 2. The pizza wasn’t hot 3. The crust was hard 4.I ordered hand toss but it was so thin with little to no marinara sauce inside. Taste like meat cheese and bread. NASTY. When I called they didn’t answer until the next day when they required for me to bring pizza back. Only gave them one star because brownie was hot.
Cannot understand how this location is still in business. Employees have HORRENDOUS attitudes. Pizza looks like they played air hockey with it before they gave it to you. This locations' pizza is ALWAYS cold. And don't mess up and have them "deliver" your pizza...not only do they have a tendency to double charge you you pay once online, then when you sign the receipt you pay again, the delivery times change from 45-60 mins to 4 or more hours. THEN when you report to the incident, they are smug and tell you to "make sure you check the delivery times next time". What delivery "auto corrects" and changes from 45-55 mins to 4 or more hours AFTER you hit submit? This is a waste of a location. If I could give zero stars I would. You will be better off making your own pizza at home.
When I called no one answered the phone twice. Because we didn't want to change plans. I decided to go to the store. There were only two people working. First, they said they didn't have pan, then they did. When I came back to pick the order up. It was wasn't on pan and the toppings were wrong. She said she would fix it. The second pizza was correct however, they had NO cheese,nor pepper. It took me two hours and three trips for the greasiest pizza ever. It was terrible.
Very poor service. Not clean. Worker was eating and constantly licking her fingers as she was handling customers order. There were no condiments as usual. The pizza had a very unusual taste. If I could have rated it zero stars I would have. I do not recommend this location.
I order from this location all the time! Granted, when I walk in, customer service is not all that but this particular time, I pre-ordered two personal pan pizzas. On my way to pick them up, I received a call from them stating they had no more personal pans. Wow! So what do I need to do b/c I’m otw? She stated I could cancel the order or receive something else for the inconvenience. To make a long story short, I walked out with two medium pizzas the exact way I wanted them! Unsure of the young lady name that worked, Tuesday, 10/29/19, around 8:18pm but she was awesome! Also, the other person she was informing a/b my order! Thank you all for making a tired night complete!
Pizza was good. They forgot our cinnamon rolls. There were a lot of guys hanging outside the restaurant. Looked a little suspicious. We we're new to the area and had no idea it was going to be so "hood". Don't get me wrong, I grew up in the hood but I don't like just anybodies hood. I had to clutch my purse. I wouldn't recommend going here if your not from around there.
