The pizza we ordered last night was nice. The crust was soft and tender, the sauce was sweet perfectly melting with the cheese. It really melted in your mouth with ever bite. You guys did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.
We ordered online, as they said they were open for 25 people. We even paid extra for delivery, as it was for a child’s birthday party. 15 minutes into the delivery time we called simply to check on the status of our order, because online it said it was still being prepared. No one answered. Imagine my horror when I drove to the store to find all the lights off, the door locked, and our order not fulfilled. This is horrible customer service. Please update your website for when you are closed, if you decide to randomly do so. Editing to add: Insult to injury. After all of our guests left we drove by, and they were open. They never even called us to tell us what happened.
Update 3 days later no ones answering the phone. Stopped in manager not available. At this point they just stole my money. To keep it short and simple. Ordered $25 in Food at 7:00 was told to be delivered by 8:15 Took until 8:45. Then Missing majority of the food. I called the store over 10 times no responses. Customer Service tried as well no Response. I've now been on the Phone for over 30 Minutes with Customer service trying to just get my food. I was given the option to drive to the store complete pointless to get delivery from this location. a Complaint has been filed. Stay away and Beware.
I went to 2 locations and unexpectedly the Hamilton location the mgr was nice & remorseful about being closed for the day for technical difficulties. Dixie location no one was present, open sign off & internal lights off. The call center where I 1st placed my order was not helpful kept putting me back in the loop as if they were transferring me to a manager! At that point after 25min I was livid! ABBY at the Princeton Glendale location was open and in full operation! She took my order, very apologetic, which calmed me down & took care of my order. I wouldn't be so pressed for a refund if I didn't burn so much gas with all the driving! Glad I was paying cash & not with a card because if I had I would have pushed more than just a pizza order. Thanks again ABBY @ 8178F-3 Princeton-Glendale location for your stellar customer service because that's where it counts!
If I could give ZERO stars that would be generous. We placed our order, quoted 45 minute wait time, after 1.5 hours we called the store, no answer. We cycled through their customer service 3 times, still no answer from the store. The lack of communication and customer service is absolutely crazy. Do not order from this location!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. When picking up the order, we waited an extra 30 minutes past our order pick up time. While waiting, employees in the back were yelling, arguing, and threatening to fight in the kitchen. The whole store was a complete mess and the employees looked like they had no clue what they were doing. I will never order from this location again.
Absolutely the worst pizza hut location I've ever encountered. Moved to the area about two months ago. I have ordered twice and both times the pizza is over and hour late. Today I placed a order at 8:14pm. Estimated time was 25-35 minutes. It is now 10:09 and my order still isn't here. They don't have actual store/locations employees answering the phone so you're literally in a loop on the phone while constantly being disconnected. I was finally told that my order was a few minutes away and its been 10 minutes later. I asked to speak to a manager and they claim to transfer you over but no one answers and you just get disconnected. There are 3 other pizza huts that do amazing in the same 3-5 mile radius. There is no excuse for this store to be so horrible.. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow.
Did a phone call order earlier today and they told me 15-20min it would arrive but it surpasses the time and i try to call several times to cancel my order so tsk tsk tsk shame on your delivery timing
Dry and very poorly made. I ordered extra cheese and there was barely anything on it, bar3ly any pepperoni or cheese. As if it sat there or got returned and then they turned around and resold it to me. 3 times I've gave them the benefit of the doubt because I used to really like their pizza. Sad, even worst than Domino's when they were going thru there bad pizza phase. So disappointing and waste of my hard earned money. I hope they figure out a better formula to brand better made pizza. There are way too many pizza spots to compete with.
Horrible!!!!!! Waited over hour for food was half cooked had workers there eating n clearly in your face making food to n wouldn't wash they're hands when was confronted by ne and the manager on duty. they laughed n her face...
