Pizza Hut

Always fresh! The service is fast enough. They don't allow more than 3 people inside the restaurant because of Covid, and I liked this regulation because the place is so small. The ordering process is easy and they provide everything you ask for; napkins, forks, cups, and plates. Everytime I go, I see different people working, though.

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year. I’m now fed up with being shorted on my order. Time and time again. How hard is it to check to see if you have ALL of the order b4 leaving??? Apparently very hard. I’ve had to order extra just to compensate for what will inevitable be forgotten. I order double breadsticks and the meat pasta, which is suppose to come with breadsticks, but NEVER does! So what I’m going to start doing is every Friday I’m going to post how much I was shorted and start an on going Talley of how much money I’m owed. Maybe Pizza Hut corporate will finally get this store to get their orders right.

Ordered delivery from this location, order was wrong and pizza arrived cold after an hour. I specifically ordered garlic sauce and blue cheese sauce, instead I got two boxes of grated cheese what do you even do with grated cheese? now I’m looking in my fridge trying to see what I can use for sauce instead. The wings do not have any sauce on them as well. Not amazing. Not professional. Do not recommend. Attached is a photo of my order. Worse thing is I prepaid a tip to the driver. If you order from here pay your tip in cash. Pre-paying tip is a good way to guarantee bad service.

Decent enough pizza but the service could improve a bit. The attendant gave an IDGAF attitude. Generally such people at restaurants take customers seriously and tend to give a smile at least as a part of basic customer service but that wasn’t the case here. Decent enough pizza. For 5$ you get a personal one topping pizza and a bottle of soda. They didn’t have anything else except Sierra Mist on the sodas so had no other option.

Horrible customer service and was totally cheated. Last week i ordered and picked up a Veggie Lover pizza which arrived after 2 hours which had meat in it and later when i went to the store to complain about it, firstly I was told that "All Veggie Lovers have meat in it" which is FALSE. Secondly, the manager at that time gave me a 40 dollar vouchernot a physical one to make up for that mistake and stated " just give me your name next time you order and you can redeem the 40 bucks". Jumping to today, when i went and ordered another pizza they did not give me the 40 bucks discount bit rather told there is no name on the system. Felt cheated for a mistake on their end and they do not even own up to it.

Gave me half of my order and told me that I ordered I bottle of grated cheese, when it clearly says on my receipt that I showed them, that it was a pasta dish. They blamed it on me then said door dash would drop it off to me...door dash never came .......

Worst place to order the worker and manager her name is Josselyn are so rude I order 1 hours and a half they told me it would take 30 minutes when I call to get my refund she just hanged up I keeped calling I hope to get my refund back I order 2 large pizza and a side of Cinnamon rolls.

After 3 and 1/2 hours of being patient as it is Friday and I’m new to the area, I decided to call and check on my order. Apparently, they just neglected to notify me that they didn’t have a driver to deliver my order. Incredibly poor customer service.

The food was good, but it took 1hr 45 minutes to get it. My pizza was ice cold. This isn't the first time they went hrs past the estimated time.

We were in the area and we felt we’d like to eat pizza so we went to the place for the first time and order two large pizza 12 piece chicken wings and a side of french fries they Charge us $73 .The pizza was disgusting the chicken wings was all right and the French fries was a very small amount And the whole family gets sick from eating their food ,we will never go back there
