I can't in good conscience give a 1 star. This is the second time I have ordered in the past two weeks. The first time I dismissed the cold food to the lack of labor and possible rush time. I ordered again and this time the food was cold as well and they still couldn't fulfill the order completely. The last time they only offered a Gyro to replace my meatball grinder. That was terrible and definitely did not taste like a Gyro. This time they offered more of a selection and I requested for a steak and cheese since they couldn't fulfill the request for a meatball sandwich. Figured okay popular get it the first time. If you're a business and you know you're popular and you have a lot of orders then you make sure to follow the trends over time. They have been around long enough to notice the trends. The food arrived cold, cheese sticks are hard not warm or gooey but tasted as if they sat for a while. The sandwich was not as bad but the fact the meat was cool and not warm when I received the meal is a big negative. I would not recommend ordering for delivery. I would however as I have not tried dining in cannot comment on that aspect of the restaurant. I would hope the food would be far better as you are at their place of business and they probably would serve it hot there unlike the terrible service provided by delivery.

So, I was nervous about the food cause I started reading reviews after I made the order. I was fully expecting a "hindsight is 20/20" experience, but I was pleasantly surprised instead. The food wasn't the best I ever had, but it was good for the price and the 2am delivery. The man that took my order was very polite and patient. My food was just as I ordered it and it was hot. I gave four stars instead of five because their website doesn't allow you to make delivery orders after midnight, even though they deliver after that.

Typically, I write reviews for things that are incredibly good or bad. This is the latter. Missing items on orders, poor delivery times, even poorer attitudes and customer service! All for average food! The manager/owner is seemingly always inconvenienced when answering the phone. They've confirmed my order on several occasions, only to call 10 minutes later to inform me items are unavailable. The standard reply to any complaint is "oh next time we'll just XYZ" instead of addressing the actual issues at hand like completing an order! I have ordered from this place at least five times, and each time, they leave something to be desired. I love to give people the benefit of the doubt, but they abuse that doubt to no end! Please, just spend the extra money somewhere better: it's worth it!

If you wanna waste $25 this is the place for you. Ordered late at night and was told it would be about 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I called and was assured the driver was on his way. 20 minutes later I live two miles away the guy shows up with the pizza. I was told upon ordering over the phone that it would be $17 but was told it was now $19.50. The pizza was so horrible, I can not put into words how much of a waste of money this was. If you are contemplating spending money at this establishment I implore you to walk over to 7-11 and get yourself a frozen pizza. Better quality and you’ll save yourself some money and time.

They have a minimum $20.00 order to deliver, so I ordered a piece of cheese cake for $3.50. I got a very nasty, small, dry piece of chocolate cake. I called and he said he would give me cheesecake on next order. There won't be another order.

We ordered at 4:45 on a Monday . food arrived at 6:20. we were told 45 mins. I called as an hour had passed asking what happened, I was told the driver would be to my address "any second now, that they had just left with piping hot food." To my already low expectations, I waited again what seemed to be forever. The food was barely room temp when it arrived I of coursed checked to see if it was even warm... also, The driver would not let me even inspect the food in my residence without : " just please sign the slip" I didn't even want to accept this sub standard food, but I had a starving family. This is the problem with pizza places, they do not have enough coverage and they continue to promise good quality. Had they been honest and said that they were short staffed and that food would take that long we would have saved all of us time and hassle. The toppings were bland and sparse to begin with. We settled for items we hadn't really wanted because they were out of the wings we had originally wanted. The "boneless wings" were small and over done, My husband could not enjoy them either. Sadly we will not bother with this place again. A placating discount was offered and my Dear husband accepted only to avoid being even more ravenously stomach sick. I have a feeling We will be paying for this again later too.

The “supreme” pizza we ordered was delicious! The second thing I noticed was the crust. It was light and thin and it didn’t weigh me down after and the owners wife told me that they do not use dairy in any part of their crust and I was amazed....This place not only has a personal touch, but a very relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend doing a call in or pick up order from here. Either way, get this pizza!!!

PIZZA PLANET IS TERRIBLE!!!! They charged me $35 to have two very small large pizzas delivered to our hotel late at night for my family after driving all day, and both pizzas were cold and completely smashed on the side of the box folded on top of each other and then when I called the owner while the delivery person was still there, he argued with me and wouldn’t discount the pizza until I got angry and he then gave me a $5 discount, which was unacceptableat least $10. Then I asked for my tip back and the driver said oh now you’re going to punish me, yes ma’am you smashed my pizzas, and continued to say I will never come back to this hotel which was a very nice hotel, and then started trying to apologize saying I’m sorry my boss is an Iranian if you know what I mean, so after the racist remarks I just walked off! And then the pizza tasted horrible and we found multiple hairs, no lie! NEVER NEVER NEVER EAT HERE! WOW! I am blown away!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Took 30 minutes longer than we were told, they brought us the wrong drinks and when we said the burger we ordered was supposed to have no cheese, the manager proceeded to argue with us saying we asked for cheese... we ordered online and specifically said no cheese.. also $5 little caesars pizza would have been better than the nasty pizza we received. $31 down the drain.

OK so tried to get dinner delivered from Pizza planet. Just something easy I thought, plus our car is down. I ordered at 6 still no food, by 7pm the delivery service that runs the site for them called me and let me know pizza planet is refusing to deliver our order and pizza planet didn't even have the courtesy to even tell me. I thought it was a mistake maybe they got the wrong address, because they are only 4 miles from us. I get told by them tho I'm to far and it's my own fault and that I should have known tho, they failed to update their systems. I let them know I wasn't even called back and 4 miles isn't that far. The Hispanic sounding woman yelled at me the entire time until her manager pulled her off the phone, did not say a thing to her and continued to yell and blame me for not knowing that 4 miles was too far from them. I have never had their food I will now never try it! I can't imagine poor customer service translates to good food. I will stick to dominoes from now on. P.s my children fell asleep now I will have to wake them just to feed them. Ridiculous. We are not working for them it's our business they want. They should not be allowed to treat people like this, it's just pretty bad when you tell some one you are there with little ones, your car is down and you just trying to get them fed and the woman says she doesn't care.
