Drove 40 miles to try something new. We heard good things about this place. We had reservations but only had outside. Probably due to the holidays. Anyhow it is a smaller place within a shopping area. Owner and family work on site and that is something we like. We were sited quickly but had to wait a while for someone to get a drink order. After the drink order it took about 10+ minutes for them to arrive. When taking the drink order, while waiting for the drinks and when drinks were delivered, dinner specials were not announced. Another 5+ minutes when arriving to take orders the specials were announced. It had been so long it was time to order new drinks along with our order. Salads came quickly then our food soon there after. It was hat and presented well. After food was delivered we had to wait a while to see someone to ask for red pepper and parmigiana. We got it about half way through our meal along with our second drink. Overall the inside ambience is very nice. Drinks were good once served but very slow. Food was hot, presented well and flavor was pretty good. We were a party of 4. We each had 2 drinks, a house salad and a pasta entree and the total bill was just over $300. My 4 instead of 5 rating is due to slow bar, long times between checking with us outside and a little high price for what ordered. We will give it a try again in the future and when we do we will update accordingly. We are hoping for a better experience next time.
Great 1st time here and great Customer service from our Server , Nathan he went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience. I forgot my cell on the table and greatly appreciated he found it and I got it back , Thank uou to the entire staff. Spaghetti and meatballs was great.Food: 4/5
My husband was so excited to take me here and it was honestly a frustrating experience. The fresh baked bread they touted came to us refrigerator cold and with nothing to put on it like butter or oil. And the place was plenty busy so it wasn't like the bread had been sitting awhile. The big issue was that our waitress had two big parties she was dealing with which means she took our order... And then we never saw her again for 45 minutes. We finally asked someone else to check on our food and our waitress came out with plates that had obviously been warming. She also seemed upset that we had said something, but we had tried to get her attention several times and she and all the other employees kept walking past us and avoiding us. When we did finally get our food, it was legit delicious. And she did check on us at that point and get my dessert that I had ordered going. However, she didnt ask if I wanted more wine, we struggled to get my hubs iced tea refilled, and it was just not the best experience. Parking: Not nearly enough parking for all of the different places near by, and most of them are taken up with 20 minute spots

A great venue for small group gathering on outside patio, they provided heaters, customized menu and exceptional staff that was very attentive. The whole team made our holiday party a great success!
Pizzaioli is AMAZING! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Went in on a Thursday night and to my surprise there was no wait. We were seated immediately, brought water and asked if we would like some bread & bruschetta. Our service at Pizzaioli was impeccable and the food was even better! We will definitely be back! What we ordered... Appetizer: Shrimp and Scallops in a creamy jalapeño sauce Delicious 10/10 Entree: Frutti Di Mare Dessert: Tiramisu Incredible 11/10 If you're looking for great Italian food, stop looking and go to Pizzaioli!
We came in with some friends and I only took pictures of my food my burrito is OK it wasn’t great and I think everyone enjoyed their Time there we were the only ones there it was a Sunday afternoon I didn’t hear any complaints but no one was raving about how great it was either
My brother Jimmy turned me on to this place. Easily the best Italian food in the area. The wine selection is so good it's pretty much a wine bar too. Family owned and run. Wish they had a lunch menu with smaller portions / smaller prices. Their lunches would be packed if they did that. But regardless, the value is there. Just be careful of eating too much of the house bread before your meal. You won't be able to stop, and I can't blame you.
Went all the way from West Covina to Chino hills for this restaurant. Saw on Google review that someone really liked the ciopinno. Went at around 5.30. Service is okay. Just don't understand why they're charging extra for bread. The ciopinno is decent. It contains salmon, crab claws, crawfish, clams, squid and scallops. They really put a decent amount of ingredients in the soup. My opinion is that the soup is on the salty end and a bit fishy because of the salmon. Overall good experience. However, my favourite ciopinno is still served in Heroic Italian at Santa Monica.
I’ve been going here for years. I noticed the portions are getting smaller & the prices larger. They charged $2 for onions & $2 for olives bringing the price of a simple wedge salad with no meat to $19! They failed to say there would be an extra charge for either. Food is decent but too pricey for what you get.
