Place on Ponce

Bill was great! Lovely apartment complex in a great location. We're relocating to the Atlanta are and aren't familiar with the area, and Bill answered every question we had and gave us a lay of the land. Not pushy at all like some leasing professionals, and gave us a great tour. Well run community with great amenities as well.

Alongside the great location, amenities, and spacious apartments ,the Place on Ponce has been a suburb place to live. Bill Dayton, the leasing consultant, was a great help from application to move-in day. He answered all of my questions, provided helpful tips, and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience!

I toured The Place on Ponce today and I was very impressed! Bill was very welcoming, professional, and personable. He did a great job highlighting the many perks of the floor plans we toured, as well as the perks that come with living in the community. I highly recommend putting this complex at the top of your list.
