So much to see in this spotless, attractive, and well run business! The owner is friendly and extremely helpful with all sorts of fine, small intricate repairs and refinements of not only jewelry, but some other things also. One of my favorite places and people in Milwaukee!!!

So satisfied with service I tipped the entire cost of repairs. Brought a $2000 Gucci watch in for repairs and was very nervous, but he was extremely friendly and educated so I left my most prized possession with him to be repaired. Did a phenomenal job, looks brand new and only took him about a day and a half!!

My daughter was devastated when her Puka Shell Necklace broke. She bought it as souvenir from Guam so replacing it was out of the question. She tried fixing it herself but couldn't since it was graduated. I'm so glad I found this place. Keith was able to repair the necklace within an hour so I didn't have to come back. This place is amazing! My daughter makes jewelry and gets her beads from Amazon and Michaels but now I will have her get her supplies here.

I can't begin to say what a great experience I had today at Planet Bead! On a trip from TN, I had a very short time to find a replacement gift for a special little 5 year old. With the owner's help, I left the store with a pretty necklace that will always be special to little Zaylee! Thank you!

Keith was kind enough to let me book a private jewelry-making party for my sister as a surprise! We did metal forging and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! He was patient with all of our questions and helped us with every step, but also gave us plenty of room to be creative. All 4 of us girls left with a unique, hand-made piece of jewelry that we can cherish for years to come. More than that though, we made some really wonderful memories. Highly recommend!!

I took a bracelet to be repaired, it was done quickly and I was satisfied with the work. It just needed to be restrung. I was quoted one price and ended up paying much more than I expected. I thought he jacked up the price, sort of what the market can bear type of thing. Not many places that will repair jewelry like charm bracelets. I go there when absolutely necessary. He has beautiful beads but I don't like prices that are moving targets. The parking is a big hassle and the City is quick to give out tickets.
