I usually go to the Southfield location but this location is cool. It's never crowded and It's very clean. The workers literally clean the equipment several times in the two hours that I am here. Peaceful place to get your body right. Not to mention the convenience of being across the street from work!
I'm not sure what happened but they just turned all the lights off at 8PM. Everyone is mid set. As fast as the lights were turned off everyone was told they're closed, no explanation. All your signs say you're open till 11, there was no sign inside saying they were closing early.
It's nice being back in a gym. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the equipment and machines. The staff was pleasant. Thanks to my brother for taking me!
I am disappointed in the capitalistic greed of the Planet Fitness brand. Like most corporations, its greed is paramount. I cancelled my membership and they took the annual fee out, and "claim" they can't give it back. Forty dollars is not much, but they have no reason to keep it besides straight greed. How many people do they do this to? I would guess, plenty. Planet Fitness will never get a chance to keep unwarranted money from me again. Capitalism breeds greed. Its never enough. Well PF, I have had enough. Forty dollars to a big corporation is nothing, for me, it would've been a tank of gas.
Clean facility. Recently upgraded equipment. Not usually too busy, especially later in the night. Only draw back is the hours. Not 24/7. Good price too.
So much fitness/bodybuilding history here, well worth a visit for that reason alone. Plenty of room and equipment to workout. The staff and patrons were friendly.
Well, I am grateful and appreciative to all the staff. Especially those who clean. Please put the safety dividers back up. Act like you all know COVID , monkey pox and all other virus exist. Everyone should be safe. Especially Melanated folks. We know what these u leashed viruses do to our communities. Keep all employees safe. Please give them adequate raises.
I signed up for a day pass and after working out. I wanted to try the various massage chairs. I tried the hydrotherapy one and wasn’t too impressed and thus asked to try the regular massage chair. The front desk staff informed me that I could only try one chair during this free trial. I informed her that I wasn’t impressed with the hydro and wanted to try the other option to see which membership option I would eventually get and even though my email specifically states I can try EVERYTHING PF offers, this is obviously not the case. For sure now I will not get the black card membership and will not join that location due to poor customer service. Was it truly worth losing a client by not offering a 5-7min massage !!! SERIOUSLY
Just getting back into my gym workouts. Has all the necessary equipment I need. The facility it very clean and they sanitize the equipment regularly throughout the day.
Coming here was the best decisions I’ve ever made. This gym is everything! Also, it’s very clean. That make it even better.
