On two different days, I had the pleasure of being helped by Daryl, Marcel & Dimitri. All 3 gentlemen were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous & professional. I appreciated their guidance & expertise on choosing an appropriate size storage unit. They walked me through the steps to reserve it, & explained the fees. They were extremely helpful & nice. Had a great experience working with Prime Storage. When I first showed up to see my unit we realized there was a large column in the center which wouldn't work for the items I needed to put in it. The manager relocated me to a new unit with no hassle or extra charges even though it was a more expensive unit. They even gave me a call when they noticed I had moved my things out so I wouldn't be charged for another month. Great customer service and would recommend!

Marcel just helped me SO MUCH. I had to move my 2 bedroom apartment all by myself & really do not know what I would have done if he weren’t around and willing to help. So kind & incredibly helpful. Will rave about him to anyone who listens lol

What was a very stressful day already, was made much worse when the moving company realized that the truck with all of my furniture and belongings, was too high for the entrance to the storage units. Marselle Felton was on site today. He was so helpful!! He directed the truck on where to park to easily unload. He redirected others to a different entrance to access their units while the first was blocked by my moving truck. He was so friendly and calm. He really managed everything so that all of the customers were happy. I cannot imagine if he wasn't there. This is my first time using this facility. I will be back for all storage needs. It's easy to access, well lit, clean and very well managed. Thank you again Marselle!!

Incredibly limited hours of access- I’ve never heard of a storage unit company with such restrictive hours. There is no after-hours access to the storage units. And they don’t bother to tell you what those hours are when you sign up, so be sure to do your homework before driving there with a truck full of stuff at 5pm on a Saturday.

Terrible Customer Service, the so called “General Manager” tells me he is going to go call a higher up to see what he can do for me. I ask if I may have a that higher ups number and says there is no higher up. I ask who were you going to call he says “ I don’t know”. Extremely unprofessional and rude, has no respect for customers or helping them out. Likes to put words in his customers mouth. Absolutely horrendous behavior. I am extremely disappointed as I only rented a unit again from them because I had a good experience the first time, If i knew this was their way for treating customers I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Mr. Demistry is very friendly and patient with customer. It's a good place to store the luggage.

The process of reserving was so seamless at a great rate. When I check in Dimitry was very helpful.

This place frankly doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. They will try to give you a unit that is smaller than what you paid for and tell you it’s the same size. Also the service elevator hasn’t been serviced since 2015 and it supposed to be inspected every year. It does not automatically stop when going up which is unsafe. I do not recommend going with them for so many other options in the area even though they are one of the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I used Prime Storage for my Nonprofit team's storage needs. From the start we had a difficult experience. It took approx. 6 months and several calls to transfer the storage space from a former employees information to mine. Throughout my experience I had several other issues including being charged a late fee when our payments were on autopay, not being able to reach anyone during normal office hours, a pricing increase, & not being able to find any dollies/having to carry all our team's items. We recently moved all our items because of our negative experiences.
