I have read the other comments, and, yes, they can be a little bit stern. I have never had Mr. Dave, or Ms. Carol ever disrespect me, they are busy and sometimes they get on each others nerves I am sure. I have purchased from them for years, and if you ask Mr. Dave a question you can bet it will be right. I often just start talking to them, and they loosen right up, and become quiet warm. Their work is top notch, and every thing I have gotten has worked as I had asked. Give them a smile and try, you will not be disappointed.

They should take the Christian symbolism off the front counter because they do not treat their customers in a Christian way. The older couple that run the business are nice at first but the old guy turns into a rude and nasty old coot! I have spent a crap load of money here and recommended them to many business associates and friends, that stops today. I was over charged for a simple 10 minute job, lied about when it would be done, damaged the item and then offered nothing more than "Sorry we disappointed you"! Watch out! Loyal customers mean nothing to these folks.

Fantastic place plenty of supplies on hand in Plexiglas and if they don't have particular size needed will have it very next day ! Five stars!! Love doing business locally

I personally don’t take time to post a review as often as I should, even though I always check for reviews and recommendations prior to selecting a place to do business with. Ultimately, it is always a plus to have a business recommended to you by a friend who had a positive experience at a business specializing in the need that you may have. That was the case for me when I needed a new custom molded windshield made for my fishing boat. I had already spent a lot of time searching for an exact match replacement without success when a good friend of mine directed to me to Plastics America. He just had a new windshield made for him at Plastics America and was very satisfied with the results. I stopped in this week with my old cracked windshield and within less than a week I received a new, exact match replacement. I’m impressed by this business and extremely delighted with the high level of customer service and quality of workmanship I received from Dave, Carol and team. Thank you for the great job and getting me back on the water.
