The staff is friendly, the place is neat and organized, however their plus size section is verrrrrrry small. I've tried giving plus size on trend, never worn clothing to this store multiple times, and they only take maybe 2 items out of 10. Which explains why they don't have many plus size options. And the options they do have are not very fashionable old patterns, etc. Although I love their sales, the most I can get here are shoes. ‍

Ive returned to this location 1 too many times resulting in this review. I dropped off clothes at 2:00 pm and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I wanted to stay in the area because it’s a drive from home and wasn’t worth the trip back. I finished up some other errands which I believe took more than 1.5 hours and headed to the parking lot to wait for my clothes to be complete. I ended up waiting in the parking lot until 4:45 for my clothes to be ready. Upon going in to pick them up it turned out they missed my second bag which they quickly went through in less than 5 min. I’m just thoroughly annoyed because this is a reoccurring issue with this location. Last time I came they missed my second bun as well. I’d recommend avoiding this location if you’re looking to sell clothes. You’re better off dropping them off at Goodwill and avoiding the hassle of this disorganized bunch.

Bad, bad, bad. I bought a pair of jeans on clearance. Brought them home, realized they neglected to take off the security tag big black plastic thingy. I called and they said, "oh, just bring them back in and we'll take it off" without any apology for the huge inconvenience. I bought them in the following week. I brought them home again to realize the zipper wasnt working properly and was broken. I brought it back with the receipt, but they said there are no returns with a clearance item. I said "even for a broken zipper?" She said sometimes they put items out on clearance with defects, that is why they are on clearance. I believe this is nothing short of deceit and bad business ethics. She absolutely would not make an exception to their return policy, and wasnt interested in righting a wrong or satisfying a customer. Unbelievable. Will never shop here.

Plato’s closet to me is a scam. There are ZERO guarantees you’ll get anything. The staff is not knowledgeable on what items are being taken so they pretty much send you off for hours of sorting things they probably won’t buy. Even if I have a bag full of oversized sweaters which they need they still might not decide to buy anything. this is what the owner said to me. Pointless to come here because they give you back all your stuff.

My partner and I donated many clothes to receive the store credit. They were supposed to text us after checking our clothes and provide an estimation of store credit. They never texted us for three days! I had to call them to follow up about our clothes . They said they had texted us for four times, but I told them that I didn't receive any of their texts. They weren't really helpful and donated our clothes without letting us know. I wouldn't recommend anyone to sell the clothes there!

Do not sell your clothes at this location. We were turned down and told that nothing we offered was in demand. Which is perfectly acceptable. However, I recently noticed that a few items are missing after donating the clothes to a neighbor. Extremely disappointed to find this out.

I do NOT recommend this store at all. Don’t bother taking your clothes here to sell. I brought new name brand items with tags still attached and they turned everything down due to “overstock”. I could see that my items were not even looked at due to them still being folded and placed in my bag exactly as I had placed them. Also called the store afterwards and spoke with the Nicole the manager who was completely rude and had an attitude with me right away. I do NOT recommend this store at all.

AHH i have to be dramatic and write a review. i had such a refreshing experience today! both times I walked in everyone was so nice, welcoming, conversational, etc. Both humans that helped me in and cashed me out if that’s a term?? were so sweet! Like it wasn’t just a fine/neutral time; I literally am still thinking about it hours later :

I brought in about 10pairs of shoes a few never even worn all in their boxes n I was told they wouldnt take cause too worn. Please. They need they eyes checked in.

This store is unbelievable. Went there and don’t think clothes were looked at all the way . They claim they didn’t want nothing. Got home and 3 items were missing I count the outfits before I left and looked back at the video sure enough. They stole my Thieves
