I started at Platt almost 3 months ago. After the term I'm in, we'll be starting hands on stuff. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there so far. Miss Pam is a GREAT teacher, she's extremely knowledgeable about her profession, and pretty much life in general. If you show up, do your homework, and study for your tests, actually apply yourself, you will do well. In order to graduate you have to have so many credit hours. If you don't show up for those hours, no matter what the reason is, of course your graduation date is going to change because you didn't have those credit hours that you need. That is not the schools fault. If you don't make good grades, that most CERTAINLY is not the schools fault. You're not going to just get a diploma handed to you because you paid so much money. You have to actually show up and work for it. I work full time, have a family, and attend school and maintain a 4.0 GPA and have only missed 1 days. Platt college Moore campus has a very friendly, fun, and exciting environment. Sure, there's some other students that don't act right, but they're not my problems. The weak will weed themselves out.

This place is terrible. Go to an accredited school, they cost less and teach you more. Personally going back to school at another college after graduating so I can ACTUALLY learn what I wasn't taught at the Moore location.

I just started school here. Before starting school I would get phone calls saying you start this day but in reality they always messed up on my actual start date. That should have been my first red flag. How can they not look at my file and see my actual start date ? Anyways , so far I love my instructor . She's amazing. But the head of financial aid , Mindy, had the absolute worst attitude with me in front of everyone in the lobby. Continued to argue with me and attack me. I am not satisfied how this was handled. I want to write an official complaint but NO ONE listened to me. I would and I NEVER WILL recommend this place to anyone . Ever. Financial aid, I applied back in May you would think they would of had everything done by then. But, no they don't .

Okay. So it isn't all bad. But I have had a ton of issues. I'm a straight a student I love my professors. But the classes are over crowded the teachers are over stressed. You deal with students who do not act respectful and have violent out bursts on more then one occasion are allowed to remain in classes. I work so very hard for my grades and I paid good money to be here and I feel like the quality of education you get here is somewhat lacking. My experience here has not been the best. But I have seen worst schools. That being said I know the teachers try but a few professors do tend to make the students feel like they are annoyed with being in class. And sometimes I feel like the classes are too big and our teachers are being overwhelmed. I love the program but something needs to be done to improve it and make it worth 10 to 15 thousand for the education. I wouldnt recommend it at this time to anyone I know. I hope it improves for future students.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED attending Platt College-Moore Campus. The medical assisting program is GREAT!! The instructors are so knowledgeable and hands on. They really care Ms Brenda is my FAV she kept in contact with me even after i finished the program and helped me with anything i needed. You have to WANT TO succeed. YOU cant blame you not succeeding or finishing the program on large class sizes and instructors potentially having a bad! Get there on time, FOCUS and ask for help!!
