Good customer service. They're fast, and they have what I need every time I go. Service is friendly and know what they're talking about. Pricing is good. Definitely Italy the place to go for your electrical needs.
The guy working today was so rude to my husband, he walked out without getting what he needed after we drove across town. He even called first to make sure they had what he was after. I wouldn't take my business here with such terrible customer service.
Missing what I needed the most, but have everything else.
Customer service levels varies from visit to visit here but they always have what you need

Very quick and easy
Terrible and rude customer service. Don't know what others did to get good service but I was ignored repeatedly and after finally being "helped" was told I had to wait because there were other customers. Guess I'm not a customer. Will GLADLY take my money elsewhere. Bunch of a-holes.
My spouse is in the trades, electrician, and is able to find tools for his work here that are not available at other tool shops. Their staff is knowledgeable.
