I've boarded my German Shepard here before and had no problems. However, when I boarded my small Shiz Zhu, it was all bad. She had never been boarded before, and I knew she would be scared. I said they could put our 2 dogs in together to ease the stress. Idk if they did that. Both cameras were down all wkd. When I picked up my German Shepard and my smaller dog, they both smelled really bad. My smaller one had a horrible smell on her feet and under belly. My groomers said they had to scrub her down 3 times to get rid of the oder. They told me she was drenched in urine.

Don't show up last minute, you'll need to do and orientation and have your vaccinations like most places, call for details because you can schedule the orientation. They have live webcams so you can check in. Everyone was really nice, they make sure to take in friendly dogs so no need to worry. They open early and close late, much better hours than their competitors. You could board an overnight stay, or they have a "date" special so you can go out on a date and come back late to pick up your dog. This was our first time here, and we will be returning the next time we leave town.
Best care for my dog when I travel last minute. They really do more than others.
We've been bringing our 2 medium size dogs once a week since 2017. We also boarded them for 3 weeks in 2019 when we had to go out of the country. We were able to monitor them thru the dog cam, & also messaged the staff on how they were doing at night while in their individual kennels. The staff were very caring, played with them sometimes & always kept the play area clean.
I have to say I was a worried mom as it was Janie’s first time being away from us. La Nae was awesome. She knew it was her first time. Janie was very stand offish but, she worked with her till she was relaxed. She called me and kept me up on how she was doing. Over I would say it went better than I thought. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.
Have taken our pup here for a few years now. Staff is really nice and gets to know your dog. Love, love, love being able to check in anytime with the cameras. It's especially nice to be sure your dog is settling in well fur mom issues. Prices have gone up over time, but they're still very competitive. Clean, professional, and my dog comes home tired from lots of play.
Decently priced. Person behind the counter at pick up didn't know how to work the payment system. When a phone call was made to someone who could help them, the person who was called was so rude. We gave our dog a bath before taking him and 2 nights later he WREAKED.
